Almost more than month waiting for help to customise some fields in Metro Theme and no results. Their answer next week, sorry next week. I'm tired of waiting. Recommend to choose another theme developer.

This theme is extremely unstable. A recent update broke several aspects of the site. When we reported this to support, they would fix one thing which then broke several other things. Support does not have a ticket dashboard so it is difficult to keep track of support tickets and when they respond to support requests they offer no explanation of what they worked on, and because they don't include the previous thread in their response, it is very hard to keep track what it is that they are responding to. My emails also conveniently disappear when it suits them. Simple issues have now taken more than a week to address and on an e-commerce site, this is unacceptable. I could go on with my grievances on how unprofessional their support is but you get the idea. I realise things go wrong - but pick a theme with proven and fast support. I cannot recommend this theme.
