Hi, how do I choose the icons in the header/navbar?
It’s done via css templates.
Hi, I can’t change logo size. And I think file imageset.cfg doesnt work with my forum because I am not see any images at forum (like Post reply or New topic etc). My forum has russian language, so maybe you will tell me how to connect imageset.cfg to work correct.
Sorry I just realize that write to vBulletin theme, but I have bought it for phpbb forum.
P.S. Theme style is a really great! Love it.
after metro desktop installed , I also bought the mobile version. Installation was easy and without any problem , but when open the forum there no themes and no forums just blank page ! as you can see
my vBulletin is Version 4.2.2 Patch Level 1
What is happening, and how would I fix this?

Sorry for the delay in answering. I’ll contact you tomorrow afternoon on the subject!
Hello, I need this mobile them for vBulletin 4.2 as it says in the title.. Can you send me that?
It’s available in the Download section! It’s in your profile.
I purchased this theme based on the desktop version.
I need a mobile theme that supports Blogs and Articles.
I have installed the theme to my site but when I test it… no graphics load (I think the path is incorrect in your code)
Also, how do I access Blogs and Articles?
I am interested in purchasing both your desktop and mobile theme but had a question prior to purchase.
In both themes am I able to change css to match my wordpress dark style theme? I essentially need to be able to easily remove the white background throughout and replace with a black one. Also all text needs to be switched to orange (for links) and light gray for all other text.
If you know css you’ll be able to do it via vBulletin Variable Editor and css-templates.
Awesome mobile theme. Just need to spend a little time editing the templates a bit to customize. I just need to add a few more icons for links to a few wordpress pages on my front end. Could go for a garage, news, reviews and video icon.
Is there anyway to hook into the activity stream page? Can only get “New Posts” via the search query. Notifications doesn’t work either, right now it shows 0 and I have 4 when viewing via default theme. Also is there a way to kill the CMS side of the theme? Right now I am not using the blog or cms home since I moved over to wordpress. So technically the forum is sitename/forums/forum.php. not /forums or forums/home. not sure it matters though?

Thanks for the reply…
You are correct the notifications are working just not for thanks/likes which are a plugin.
I thought the activity stream page was a vB 4.2 core feature and the default landing page for all activity based search queries? Are you saying it’s actually a widget? It doesn’t work with the default mobile theme either so not a big deal I guess.
I sent you an email explaining the issues I am having linking to my vB.php pages (activity stream, videos, garage etc.), did you get it? I understand these pages aren’t compatible and won’t display in the mobile theme (like the activity stream page, settings page, groups, module pages, etc), but when I manually add the links to the grid menu and press them I just get a blank white page as if the mobile theme is locking me into it and won’t switch to the default theme to view them. The urls displayed are correct. All the wordpress links I added to my new home, news, reviews and gallery on the other hand work and display correctly.
Where do I change the URL for the home page in the templates so I don’t get the old CMS home page when I click “Full Site” from the grid menu page? I already changed “articles” to my new “Home” which works but I can’t seem to find where to switch the “Full Site” links. My assumption is whichever mobile page you are viewing if you click “Full Site” it takes you to the same page just in your standard selected theme. Can that link be change manually per page in the mobile theme, or globally at least?
Anyone? Still haven’t heard back on this.
Forgot to mention… The blank white page issue when clicking the links is only on mobile browsers, not when viewing via laptop. The pages are normal on mobile browsers when viewing with standard default theme selected.
but when I manually add the links to the grid menu and press them I just get a blank white page as if the mobile theme is locking me into it and won’t switch to the default theme to view them.
Hi, I’m using the default theme and it’s redirect my home page to the articles.
I’d like to change this redirect only on mobile, and send the home page to my forum.
Is there a way to do this?
Change the variable redirect on source code from mobile.php?
I need some answer please!
My users are really liking this theme but have found the following discrepancies.
1. When you click on a users name it brings up their profile, but no icon to pm them.
2. When a few pages into a thread, there is no way to exit aside from hitting the back arrow repeatedly or go back to the forum home screen.
Can you help me with this?
Thank you for the purchase and for the kind words!
1. Unfortunately, vBulletin 4 mobile themes have lots of restrictions and one of them – no PM functions.
2. This is another vBulletin mobile theme ‘feature’ and it cannot be overwritten.
i just bought the Metro Mobile. Is there a way to add “collapsable Categories”?
I cannot identify the proper Code in the Desktop Metro Template.
Greetings from Berlin/Germany
Thank you for the purchase!
Unfortunately, vBulletin 4 mobile themes have a lot of restrictions in expanding its functionality. They don’t support extensions, many functions should be edited inside the core vBulletin files not templates. “Collapsable Categories” would also need much coding so it’s not so easy to achieve.
My users like the theme, but there is still one issue to be resolved. I want the grid menu to show more buttons to guests. Right now, without logging in, the only button you can see are Articles, Forums, Blogs. Most of our site is open to guest viewing, yet without the buttons for the other areas appearing on the menu page, there is no way for them to know what all is available on the site or how to navigate to it as a guest. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
The point is that the mobile vBulletin themes don’t support the default vBulletin navigation manager. The only way is to add your buttons manually by adding your buttons code to one of the templates. If you need to know what certain template you should modify, just let us know.
Had an issue but it was a conflicting mobile plugin, now resolved.
OK! We are glad you managed to fix the issue. But feel free to contact us if you still have any questions.
Is something wrong with the theme?
I tried it on iphone and samsung for your demo
All icon, title, heading are towards right?
Please check as I am interested to buy?
Also did you fixed the attached thumbnail, files etc, in the postbit as the default mobile skin from VB4 has this problem.
the problem is at mobile skin the attached thumbnail, files and attachment do not show. 4.2.2 did not fixed it, have to add this template myself.
Hi i plan on purchasing this but does it also support 4.2.1?
Yes, it fully supports vBulletin 4.2.1.
I just purchased the Metro Mobile style and installed it as per the instructions. I went to test it with my iphone but it’s still showing the desktop version. How do I “turn it on”. If I attempt to visit the mobile theme via desktop I get a white page which contains only my banner advertisements but no forum at all ;(.
Also in the style manager there is a separate set of styles. One for desktops and one for the default VB mobile version. The Metro mobile installed with the desktops. I don’t imagine it makes a huge difference as long as it works but it would be nice to have them ordered properly in the admincp. I use VB 4.2.0. The forum address is www.montrealracing.com/forums
I figured out that I was seeing the desktop version because I hadn’t specified a default mobile style in admincp>style& language options. The problem is only the default VB mobile skin is visible there. I can’t select Metro mobile because it doesn’t seem to have been installed as a “mobile” theme. How do I fix this?
You need to install the mobile theme as written in the documentation -
Under the Import Style XML File section, press “Browse”, find your main theme XML-file (Metro-Mobile-Blue.xml). Under the Parent Style section, choose Mobile Styles – No Parent Style (important!). Then import the theme by pressing “Import” button at the bottom without changing any other settings.
Only in this case the theme works properly.
Thank you! it worked. I should have read more carefully.
I now have a new problem though. I can’t seem to click on a thread that contains a prefix. Regular threads work find but prefixed threads just return the list for that prefix if clicked. It would appear to be something in the programming. Can you verify?
Also if I may point out that in the documentation it says the images folder should be installed in yoursite.com/images. That is incorrect. It must be in yoursite.com/forums/images (unless of course the forums are installed in the root directory).
Still waiting on this! I would love to get it fixed asap.
I’ll test it today and let you know!
Is it possible to apply this theme to the archive as well? Google is penalizing websites for archives being not mobile friendly. i got this email from them today. The pages they refer to are all archive pages:
Google systems have tested 15,700 pages from your site and found that 90% of them have critical mobile usability errors. The errors on these 14,100 pages severely affect how mobile users are able to experience your website. These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users.
You can disregard this question. VB told me the archive isn’t useful anymore and can just be turned off, thereby fixing the problem.
Sir: two questions:
1. Will this skin work with VBB 4.2.2 ? If yes, where to get it? (This seems for 4.2, not 4.2.2)
2. If I would like to use Metro Mobile as the main one, and Metro ( http://themeforest.net/item/metro-a-theme-for-vbulletin-42-suite/3555714 ) as the alternative one while people using desktop, is it possible? How do you suggest for users to switch between these two? Also does Metro support VBB 4.2.2 ?
Thanks for answering this, and I hope this could be confirmed soon so that I can make purchase.
Thank you for your interest to our work!
2. If I would like to use Metro Mobile as the main one, and Metro…
Also does Metro support VBB 4.2.2 ?
Thank you. Purchased. Hope can install them smoothly
Thank you for the purchase! And feel free to contact us if you have any issues.
Please can you do update for vBulletin 4.2.3 ?
vBulletin Default Mobile Style have this issue : http://picload.org/image/cwwolpw/2014-11-2918.42.33.png , Mobile Style Browsers bug show if Enable Facebook Platform. Does same bug issue have on your style ?
Sure, we’ll update the theme to vB 4.2.3 as soon as it’s released as a final version. At this moment it’s still in beta stage.
Please let me know.
Any reply please?
If you’re using vBulletin 4.2.2 you shouldn’t have such issue.
I replaced my logo using ftp, this gave a size slightly larger than the default. But it looks very pixelated and without quality. What I can do?
I am interested in this. My forum is too long with all subforums
