Can I change the color scheme after I purchase this theme?

It is indeed possible to chage the color scheme to your preferred color of choice. We can as well do this for you in different sections using custom CSS code.

After importing the demo data, the theme refuses to show the correct homepage, and the demo data looks awful and has errors all over and looks unusable.Not easy to edit. A complete waste of time!

Hi. I have sent you a support ticket through the email contact form about 20 hours ago. I’m facing challenges similar to what others have posted on this comment section before: (1) infinite loading with pre-loader, (2) missing pages of the pink + red demo content, (3) menu links in one-page website style fails to work after working first few times, and some scrolling content will disappear when that happens. Please check your ticket pool as I’m waiting for a response.

This is almost one week and you haven’t resolved any of the issues yet. The whole purpose of quickly buying a ready theme, import demo contents and adapt for our case is defeated. I’ve sent emails with links to video recording of all the issues and yet you are still ignoring them to fix them. My patience is really running out as I haven’t been able to use your theme because of all these issues.

Apart from that, we are also checking screenshots for other issues you pointed out. We couldnt replicate those on our development site. But, still we are going to cross check again and get back to you.

Hi. It’s been 12 days now since I requested for a refund as I didn’t hear back from you again regarding a resolution. However, as in other cases, there’s been no reply from you. I have already bought another theme from another platform to cut my time losses. I am left with no other option but to open a dispute with Envato because it has passed the required 5 days I’m expected to have heard back from you on the refund request I made.
It would be great if there was the possibility to insert html tags for line break in the text field.

Good day, I like the theme, I would like to buy it. However, I would need to make a front page for the entire width of the screen where there would only be a photo and some info with a link to the opening page with the topic. Some templates allow this. Does your template also allow this? Thanks for the info.

Theme is missing Demo Content. The “Import Demo Data” function does not import any actual page data making this theme a waste of money as currently provided.

hi,
I installed the theme since June.
I have display problems on firefox or infinite loading with the preloader.
I contacted technical support 3 times … I have an automatic message … an approximate response 3/4 days later and still no solutions for 2 months ….
Really very disappointed for a paid theme with the support that is not of quality to resolve and respond effectively to my requests.

We are having a lot of issues with the theme, our devs have contacted you several times and no that request was not addressed. Not able to load Favicon, fatal errors, etc. We’ve sent you another email but it’s been over a month working with this. John, with respect here is a sample: The following tickets were provided: Dec 18, 2020 (response via email 23 & 24 Dec, 2020), Dec 24 (response via email 29 Dec), Jan 8 (response via email Jan 11, 14), Feb 17 (response via email 18). Each time we provided you with the relevant password for you to access the theme and corresponded via email once you responded. Honestly, we do not have time to keep going back and forth and I appreciate your time in this but we will be requesting a refund. I trust that you understand that we’re simply wasting a lot of time on this and have to make accomodation to move to another theme. I understand that you are running a business and sometimes it doesn’t work out with a customer. These things happen – wishing you well.

How do I request refund. The demo data doesn’t come with this theme…. I could use a free template to build from scratch honestly… I’ve already purchased another theme so would love to get a refund please and thank you
