We have submitted two support tickets 1st July 4th, 2nd August 7th and have NOT received a response or help .. please advise

No issues have been resolved .. we purchased extra support and have nothing resolved. Paying $50.00 extra to have the form work is crazy also. No we can not give you access to our website.
VERY RUDE and contentious customer service, message me for screen shots of the discourse. We paid for extra support and received nothing but headache and condescending answers. I have filed a report. Took a month to answer the first time.
