very nice theme but a customer support very bud!

For translate "Your message has been successfully sent to us! " after sending the request for contact, they CANNOT write to me that it can be translated in the same way as any other words and strings in the theme in an en_US.po file or answer to me to get a quote for a customization...

I bought a theme compatible with wpml, i bought wpml and now i I must be able to translate without customization! If this is not possible your customization must be free!

Wouldn't call this a theme. Poorly built, crappy support and the "theme" offers very few options. Adjusting copyright text alone wasn't possible due to bad coding of the "theme". Had many other issues. DO NOT BUY THIS THEME, there's much better options available that do work properly.

Still need a refund which they won't give me apparently. Envato e-mails don't end up in my mailbox. These guys don't help either.

I have purchased more than 30 themes from Themeforest and this one has the worst technical support I have experienced. I could not find anywhere to create a support ticket only a support forum. I emailed the theme developer 4 times and finally after 8 days had a response stating that they do not provide email support or an area to create ticket and I would need to use the themes support forum. The developer said this is stated in our support terms. This is correct however I just presumed like all other themes I have purchased to date surely an area to create a support ticket or direct email for issues however they do not provide this. For the fee that is paid for this theme I am very disappointed. If you need to be able to create support tickets or get direct email support this developer does not offer that kind of support only a forum.

I don't understand, how can you call our support worth that you have ever experience if you never contacted our support?

In any institution, there is separation by departments. Even in your home, you have a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and so on. We also have simple rules in our house. All you have to do is find the right place for your needs.

What is wrong with support forum? First of all, your question was answered there like 20 times, so you could find an answer in a few minutes by using search or FAQ topic.
Second, if you need a privacy, you can send a private message to a support staff. So, what the difference from support ticket?
You can set notifications settings in you profile and see when you got an answer.

So, you have rated all the hard work of our developers and support staff with one star just because you do not want to read the item description and support policy?
