It’s been more than 3 days since we created a support ticket for theme related issue. Like did not able to import Demo it is stuck at 4% & Did not get premium plugin licence keys with theme files.

This is due to the recent changes in WooCommerce. You can downgrade plugin to some previous version or contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you to adjust the appearance with some custom css.

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out. The theme should work correctly with latest version of WordPress and in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center. Or, if your support has expired, you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Is this theme multivendor compatible or can it be modified to be compatible?
Hi there,
Our theme is built for WooCommerce and is fully compatible with it. You can try to use it and its extended compatibilities to achieve what you’d like. However, when it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Thus we cannot guarantee compatibility with any plugins other than the official ones that we provide bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched.

Thanks for writing in! Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

This might cause an issue with the widgets so please try using the following plugin until we release a new theme update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
The last update was related to some changes from our marketing theme and did not affect the theme files. Last updated for the theme can be seen in our changelog. We hope this helped and if you have any additional questions .

In the event you purchased multiple licenses for different themes you need to submit multiple tickets for each theme individually. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.

We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version. WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets and this plugin reverts widgets back to classic.
