I feel amazed with this quality design quality
couldn't even use it, a waste of time and have to pay for the bundled plugins. Designed a custom theme from scratch faster than what it took me to deal with this

We are sorry to hear this but the theme does function perfectly fine so if there is any issue you are more than welcome to submit a ticket to our Help Center and one of our support agents will assist you. Testing the theme on our side it works well and please understand that this needs to be investigated on your end.
Also when it comes to bundled plugins do note that they do come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

I bought this template because it was exactly what I needed. I tried downloading the demo, but it always crashes at 24%. I wrote to the assistance and they sent me an email where they gave me indications for the php parameters. I changed them and tried again. Anything. I tried to import the xml file, but it just gives me error messages. I wrote back to support and they sent me the same email with the same instructions. In short, it is not possible for me to have the demo of a template that I bought and paid for. Really insufficient assistance

Great theme. After a few years I still have problems with the Qode shortcode but overall a good theme.
Great and fast customer support. Very friendly.

The theme is very flexible and fully supports my needs. Thanks to the excellent customer support, my site is up and running and fully-customised to my needs. Keep up the good work!
Nice theme. BUT, it is complex. I am not able to easily download my demo content. Thats the whole point of paying for this theme.
I'm not satisfied with the template.
It does not have many functions. Blog List Image could not be set. Blog functions are not working. It is not possible to disable the featured image. Once you see the picture, other times you don't.

Sorry to hear this however we do belive that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing sometimes but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.
Also please understand that Commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer the framework of their own option, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities, and custom elements, and the learning curve can be steep sometimes, especially when you are facing some new theme for the first time.
The blog list image is set under each blog single as the featured image.
