My theme support expired but the only person that can fix said issue I have is the developer.
Regardless if my plugins are activated or not the entire theme settings for this theme is useless. It’s not clickable at all.
I need to make some changes for my client but to no avail and I suspect this has to do with the theme itself. I even re-installed the theme but NOTHING works at all.

With respect to Menu, we had issues in adding sub menu under Main menu which is provided by the theme by default. We had riased earlier the same issue.
