Hello,

I recently bought the theme. I am facing an issue with updating the header images. The images’ aren’t applied. Even if I apply a solid color, it won’t show up. I see the default demo data grey images.

I am working in the Shop page (Left Sidebar Filter from demo data).

I downloaded this template a long time ago when it was free on Envato during a promotion. This was in 2020. I saved the template for future use. I’m not a pirate. I received an email and downloaded it. I like the pattern. But in the documentation for the template there is a link to the demo material and it does not work. I wrote to support, they say buy a template and we will give it to you. This is unfair. If you distributed it for free for promotions, give the content to those people who took the template during the promotion.

seems quite a few people have same issue, and it also appears you have to purchase support just for these 3 file issues

Hi, Suddenly my products in Minera are not being added to the Cart when a customer like to buy. In Woocommerce Status Report I get the following warnings:

  • minera/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.4.0,
  • minera/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php version 3.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 5.2.0,
  • minera/taxonomy-product_cat.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 4.7.0

Is this because the theme hasn’t been updater for more than a year? I need a solution to this, please…

Is this going to be updated? Last update almost a year ago. It is falling behind on keeping up with Woocommerce. I really don’t want to change my site for a new theme but if this thing is abandoned looks like my customers will be treated with a facelift.

I get this message in Wordpress from this template that was last updated June 7 2020:

2) The annoying pop up that keeps reminding to install the plugins even after we close it still pops up again. I’m not planning to use most of these plugins so can you Please on the next update just make it one time pop up.

The problem is not my fault, your theme is not stable and I will not pay for it !!

Why single images product on mobile are too small or have disappeared ?

Hi , i have the same error while downloading the demo , i don’t find it correct not to allow users that took this theme for free unable to download the demo , but only buying a license, seems…a little bit strange and frankly not kind in any way…so please let users able to update , the ones with a regular account on ENVATO … i’m disappointed.

Demo install…no luck-The execution failed. Please check error.log….

Done another time…till clearing database its ok..then,,,execution faliled…thus been said…demo seems loaded..but with no images at all…

last..where do i register ?There is no…place where o to put the code and where do i choose the page for the home page ?Briefly…is there a documentation ?

Hi, We haven’t tested with Elementor yet. But you can use Elementor along with our compatible page builder – Visual Composer. And please note that you can only use a one-page builder on one page.
