Sorry to say this, but you have not tested the theme on phone.
1) Check out the watches site on a phone. You will quickly notice, that some things are placed on top of eachother. I found out, that the slider does not work on phone displays.
2) The theme makes the website too slow.
It’s a very nice theme, looks really great in a lot of ways. But since this were released in 2016, and the last update were from there; you haven’t even tested out the theme on the phone yet. But if you did; I don’t see why you released this theme in such a rush; with no fixes in all these years.
The Checkout was controlled by Shopify, not our theme. And the support not include help about Optimate Speed, SEO. Thank you.
Hi there…Good looking theme… interested to buy this theme for a shopify store. Would this theme work with a (general store?) I’ve never used commerce shopify so new to it and was wondering if it’s easy to import the demo (or similar content) so that I can replace each pic/text/etc… as I may not be able to build it from scratch to make it look like the demo here. Is there a plugin or would you help with that to get it looking like the demo the first home page if help is needed? Thanks.

Currently our theme don’t have any update plan Because this is stable package.
Does this theme have sections? Is it drag and drop?

Hi, great looking template. Based upon previous experiences with ThemeForest Shopify templates, I have 2 pre-purchase questions regarding it:
1.) Is it compatible with the “Unlimited Product Options” third party app? I experienced 25+ second load times with a previous template, once that app was enabled. The default Shopify theme works fine with the app… and,
2.) How configurable are the drop down menus? Do I have theme control panel options (embedded pictures, width, height, colors, etc…) or do I need to manually adjust the CSS?

1. We can not give you an exactly answer for this question. Because we don’t know more knowledge about this App, also we can not install it into our demo to check it. It’s commercial Shopify App.

Thanks for the quick response. The third party app does work fine with your template and the Mega Menus seems to allow for a lot of customization. Overall, I’m quite happy with the theme and look forward to customizing it.

So far I’ve only found one “glitch”. When I replace the newsletter background image with any sized image, instead of a single image, it repeats the image across the entire popup window. I’m using the watch template. Also, even after I get rid of the picture (the only way I’ve found to do that is to attempt to upload something over 20 MB and have Shopify give me the size error. That seemed to get rid of the picture but the last picture that I added still shows up, repeating.)

I found the CSS so I’ll just edit manually.
Edit* fixed by setting image size to the exact image size specified in CSS – 730×370 px.

Also, grandchild menu options don’t show up on smaller mobile devices (on either the built in, Shopify phone “simulator” or in Chrome on an Android phone). They work in tablet but not a phone (landscape or portrait).

So far, this is what I’ve run into with this template:
1.) Newsletter section – Mailchimp form actions (both the form under General Settings and one in Footer) constantly delete themselves. This has happened nearly 10 times for me – they simply disappear after they’ve been working for a few days.
2.) Grandchild (second level) menus don’t work on mobile devices. I’ve tested with iPad Air 2 (Chrome & Safari) and Android (Chrome).
3.) The awesome sticky menus stop working in portrait-sized tablet or smaller orientation. I’m not sure if this is intentional but I don’t know why it would be.
4.) The social media icons on the bottom of the screen (configured in the main theme options) worked fine in PC browsers but broke in mobile browsers. I had to end up bypassing the theme options and just hard-coding them in theme_footer.liquid.
5.) For products with multiple images, when you select any image other than the primary image and hover over it to zoom, it reverts back to the primary image in the zoomed view.
6.) If you don’t use all 10 FAQs and empty the blocks in the FAQs configuration menu, it leaves the empty blocks there instead of disabling them.
7.) Much like the disappearing Mailchimp form action URLs, any images inserted into the Product Page configuration options (for placement into the various tabs) simply disappear after a while, leaving you with a set of empty img src tags.
This disappearing content (product tab images and the newsletter form action URLs) are the only real “deal breakers” for me.

1. The Newsletter using the cookies to make customer don’t feel annoyed when the popup always show. So, it only show in the first time. After 7 days, the cookies will clear and it will appear again.
2. I will contact with developer team and they will fix it soon.
3. The sticky in our theme will only work in Desktop view.
4. Are you mentioning about the social icon auto rotate in your site? does it’s your customize code? our theme don’t have these icons like this.

I’ve fixed pretty much everything except for the product tab image issues. BTW, the issue in 1. has nothing to do with cookies – I’m trying to tell you that the Mailchimp form action URLs are literally disappearing from the configuration menu – like there’s an issue with some cache not having disk-write permissions. I’ve solved this by just hard-coding my form action URLs directly into the HTML in theme_footer.liquid and newsletter_popup.liquid. I’ll continue this conversation via trouble ticket.
