I have bought this theme and it’s not complete. It doesn’t have revolution sliders files. I can setup fullscreen slider page because of files not available.

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the versions of WordPress up to 5.7 and you can always check the article in this link.
We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

I now have two themes (dorian and this) that ive purchased from you guys that no longer have working woocommerce stores since updating and are essentially now useless since i bought them specifically for the woocommerce design. I have had 2 stores now disabled for over TWO MONTHS because both have the same issues even on brand new installs. On the shop page the sorting drop down does not work and the dropdown for variation products no longer works. All my products are variation products so customers cannot select anything to check out. It is a theme specific issue where whatever is in your lastest theme versions is no longer compatible with the current version of woocommerce or the current wordpress build. I have talked to your support team so they are aware. However it has been over 2months and there has been zero updates the only information I have been offered is that they are now aware of the issue and will release a fix in an update. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic that may be effecting your work but I am trying to operate a business just as you are. I have been super patient but I’ve spent my money here, referred many clients to purchase these themes for their own sites and we are all having the same issues. You guys are also still currently and knowingly selling items to others that aren’t compatible with the latest versions for the plugins/blog. Someone in the dorian comments also reported the same issue i did. I really love these themes and would like to continue using them but these issues need to be addressed especially since anyone on up to date versions of woocomerce and wordpress will experience these same issues making their stores unusable and that isnt fair to them.

I have been through every one of these trouble shooting steps already…rolling back the version of woocommerce does nothing both themes still present the same exact issues.

We checked this in Mintus local installation and the Edge Additional Portfolio Sidebar Items fields are there https://prnt.sc/rfonpv. You need to open the portfolio item for editing and scroll down until you wind fields.

The way logo dimensions work:
Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.
As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions on desktop will be 50×50.
In case you want a logo that is 100×100, you need to upload an image that is 200×200, and set the header height to 100.

Default media in WordPress will show image captions, and some elements in our theme also can display captions. Portfiolio items for example doesn’t have this functionality, but by using custom layout for each portfolio item you can create custom gallery with images or insert singe images, and both of them can have captions.

Issue here is that on certain resolutions, there just isn’t enough space to fit all navigation items in the header, and thus it’s making the header and sticky header drop down, making two headers visible at the same time.
This can be solved easily, just put the following code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Mobile menu is using perfect scrollbar script in order to allow users to scroll menu items, if there are more items then the section height, and you should test this on actual device and not by resizing browser window.

Hello, I’m not able to change the header type using Mintus Option Header: because I’ve selected other options but it doesen’t work: I always see the standard type.. could you help me please?

This is because your have different header type set for specific page, from per page options. Make sure this is set to blank or default in order to pull information from general theme options.
