This is the worst theme I have ever bought seriously theme has so many bugs and issues I cant even tell to be honest. Almost useless to me kindly refund me my amount or resolve the issues asap where do I contact regarding the issues i am facing? Register button is useless once you register the website completely hanged and you cant do anything expect the loader on the screen I will wait for one more day to get your response if it doesnt come I will ask for a refund as it is useless to use this in any project

The theme doesn't support the latest PHP version. It works only with version 7.4 and below. That is a big security risk since version 7.4 is at the end of life, which means is not going to receive any more security updates and bug fixing. Nowhere the author of the theme states the compatibility version of PHP. I asked for a refund since I can not use the theme. Only an idiot would use it with the security risks associated with it. Of course, they refused. A very honest developer.

Team had explained the reason over the support desk that we have used some third party frameworks and plugins with the theme that does not support php vesion 8.0. We are waiting for the update of those plugins and frameworks and then we will for sure update the theme to be compatible with php version 8.0.

This was the first script I brought from codecanyon. Previously they were good. But recent months, very poor support and poor code quality.
Reason: When I upgraded to recent wordpress. It gives an fatal error. And contacted the support team, it was pathetic.
And Recently paid for custom work - It was not done at all. Telling me the various bugs in my hosting provider and throwing the ball in to others.
Another example: I contacted support for updating the theme this was reply: "Hello Envato Market, Actually you cannot update the theme , because your custom work will be removed, so please do not do this" How that comes when there is a child theme and custom work is in that. That mean if custom work done, old bug will be there for ever. I do not know about programming , sometime it may be the answer. But do not tells me at least about the alternatives.
Personally do not recommend to buy this theme.
I removed the entire theme and went for another theme.

However, support has improved one by one, and probably many issues have already been resolved.

- The function is quite poor.
- Top tracks, top album, top artist is fake.
- Upload function for artist with bad design and poor.

from the day I purchased this theme, it's problem after problem, issues after issue. it's a beautiful theme but unfortunately, I don't even think the creator of this understands what's going on with it. if the issues are not fixed this week I will have no choice but to request my money back
