As a beginner this theme has been quiet hard to navigate but after some practice on another theme I’ve now managed to manoeuvre my way around how to customise the theme and have gotten it working due to some amazing support helping with a CSS issue, once all that was fixed and some knowledge behind me, its the most beautiful website. I am loving this theme very much

I have been building my blog (food/lifestyle/travel) from this theme for about six months now, and I really love the design and am so glad I chose it. That being said, I have had to employ the assistance of someone who understands coding to help me with some hurdles I had as I was customizing the site. I was also aided in some image issues I was having (due to a third party plugin, not the theme itself) by a customer service rep named Alex who helped me greatly (thanks, Alex!). Overall I am really pleased with my purchase and often get compliments on the site's design. I really appreciated the options to customize elements to fit my style, the layouts, and the overall vibe. It's exactly what I was hoping for.

This was extremely difficult to install, now real directions and I see that's because they want you to pay to have someone install it for you. Crashed my site and a waste of $50

Still, if you contacted our support instead (which comes with the theme), we would be able to assist you with installation for free, and in some cases our support team can even install the theme for you, free either. We do that on a daily basis for our customers, it helps us make sure that our customers get good user experience with the theme. Only in some cases we might not be able to help - when your server settings affect installation or content upload. In this case you will be recommended to contact your hosting provider.
