Hi, do you see why the slider is all messed up? Thanks

Never mind for now since I restored the site. I’m not sure if this issue was related to the Joomla upgrade.

How on earth can I ask a PRE-PURCHASE question??

Hi Mick,

Unfortunately that’s not possible due to the limitation of the extension – roksprocket. You can use any other extension in place of roksprocket to achieve that.

Hi Joel, thats fine. Thank you for your prompt reply.

Regards Mick

You’re welcome Mick.

I have the recent version of Roksprocket installed and Falang, translation is fine on the whole site except for portfolio filters using mosaic and Lists. I have copied the en-GB to fr-FR and included it in each section of the module as well as components yet it keeps giving me the same error messsage : The parameter “roksprocket.layouts..service” must be defined.

This seems to solved when you install the latest version of roksprocket. But if you are running the latest version (2.1.9) then it mostly could be a conflict between Falang and roksprocket. Try and change the order of extensions in Extensions Manager and see if helps.

That did not help at all. I also tried to create an account but it refused the liscence number.

did you use the same Themeforest username as your username? You need to use the purchase code and not the licence number. If you are still having issues, please send the purchase code to support [at] arrowthemes [dot] com and we’ll have a look.

Please also send admin credentials to the same email then I can check out the error.

Hi, I upgraded WidgetKit and my client tells me that the slider pages buttons were centered before and not right justified. I looked into Widgetkit Slider and I don’t see any options to center the lower buttons (bullets to navigate to other slides) in the settings. Could you help? Thanks!

The default slider was always right aligned when using the content-style widgetkit style (you can find the styles when editing the slideshow in Widgetkit) but if you set the default slider style, the nav buttons will be centred.
