hi, do you have a wordpress version?

Hello, misscreative!

Unfortunately Mixio is HTML template, not a WordPress theme for now.

Best Regards, Natalia mix_design

hi, what kind of count down do you have? ....countdown.UTCDate( 10, 2018, 11, 22), format: ‘DHMS’} I never used this form, could you be more explicite? this stuped thing make us to spend time .. sorry, can you describe Day-year-month..?? Thank you – ps- you have nothing in documentation

Hello, Iryne! Thank you for choosing Mixio!

Mixio template comes with KBW Countdown Plugin. This plugin can be tricky to set up, but it is very flexible and has a lot of features.

For more details you can see documentation reference page: http://keith-wood.name/countdownRef.html or see a minimal page with basic settings: http://keith-wood.name/countdownBasics.html In our case we are using UTCDate function. (You can also find this function in documentation reference page):

$.countdown.UTCDate(tz, year, month, day, hours, mins, secs, ms)

tz – timezone offset, either in hours or minutes, from GMT, for example, Brisbane, Australia, would be +10 or +600; year – local year; month – local month (0 to 11); day – local day in the month; hours – local hour; mins – local minute; secs – local second; ms – local millisecond;

So here: countdown.UTCDate(10, 2018, 11, 22) 10 – timezone; 2018 – local year; 11 – local month; 22 – local day;

KBW Countdown Plugin has a numerous of settings and extended official documentation so there is no need to repeat all this settings in our template documentation. We indicated where you can find countdown settings and wich files are nessesary for it’s proper work. After this information there is a link to the detailed documentation of the plugin.

Is it possible to add a quotes carousel ? It will be very nice.

Tanks in advance. Best regards.

Hello, James! Thank you for choosing Mixio!

Unfortunately, Mixio template does not provide quotes carousel feature for now. We’ll definitely add this feature in the next update. To resolve this problem immediately you can use homescreen slider from “Split Layout & Slider” demo. If you’ll have any questions about this, we are always ready to help.

Hope, this information was helpful. If you have more questions, please contact us via support contact form and we’ll reply as quickly as possible.

When I try to install a the them, I keep getting this error message.

zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”

Hello! Thank you for choosing Mixio!

Mixio is HTML template, not a theme. So the installation process is different.

After downloading and extracting template package you will find 3 folders:

  • HTML – ready to use HTML template;
  • MixioGULP – if you want to totally customize Mixio, you can use this template;
  • Documentation – our help file.

Follow the steps below to setup your site template:

  1. In order to start working with Mixio open HTML folder to find all ready-to-use template files. Choose one of the demo *.html files (any ready-to-use demo you like) and rename it to index.html.
  2. Next you’ll need to prepare a project for customization. Below is a list of files and folders that are required in the root directory of your project:
    • index.html – your chosen *.html file (renamed already);
    • css folder – stylesheet files;
    • js folder – JavaScript files;
    • fonts folder – used fonts files;
    • img folder – project images and favicon;
    • mail.php file – for sending e-mails;
    • .htaccess – this file contain rules for files caching on web server.
  3. The other files can be used according to your preferences.
  4. Your project is ready to go! Now you can start adding your texts, images and video to your new awesome website.
  5. After the customization is over, you’ll need to upload the project files to your hosting web server using FTP client or cPanel interface in order to use it on your website.

Hope this information was helpful! If you have more questions, please contact us via support contact form and we’ll reply as quickly as possible.

Kind Regards, Natalia, mix_design
