yet the loud them was already download you did refund it whwn too many people complain about it because of it limitations and not having the possibilities to make any upgrades. this one by your own admition, yo said that that because of its limitations you wouldnt be able to upgrade the template. as for a buyer, i think its pretty unfair to not refund it when you know perfctly what is not working with the template and all the limitations and cannot be use properly. you can see my website and k now that it wasn’t use as i bought aother template from you to replace it .and i paid for a full year support and the template do not match with criterias described prior to the buy. which is false advertising and kinda fraudulent.people ahv asked for updates and yourself admited there will be none…so why did i paid for a full year support when i don’t gegt support and the template cannot be use because of the multiples limitations it implies

Thank You for your valuable comments which makes us feels our lacking and as well as teaches us how to deal with the situation. However We did not committed in anywhere about the update or about other CMS. We just selling as HTML template where there is no plan or reason to Update unless we have plan something else.

You have clearly said that you have bought another template and we feel that is the only reason why you asking for REFUND. Themeforest does not allow us to REFUND once its DOWNLOADED. We have also sold 40+ units but no one COMPLAIN like you. if required, You can go through the comments.

We are ready to give you support for any issue related to template but please note Theme CUSTOMIZATION and Support are not the same thing.

I think we all should be RESPECTFUL to each other and think twice before pass WORD’S to others. Everyone is WATCHING US.

you are confusing what its going on here. i had to buy another template because the one that i got did not work at this point. more over i have bought the full year support and yet by your own admition you say that you will not provide any updates for the template. i went to the comments and what i see is the same complaints that i have. the lack of possibilities and the limitations of the template. i respectfully as a client tell you my problems and yet you making it about refund, instead of comprehend the frustration with the product that do not correspond to what i bougth.i bought it because of the description and yet, it does not do what it was suppose to do. if people do not complain for a certain things, it might be because what they want is in there. but why can’t i complain as a customer who the needs are not met ?and how else would i know that it does not respond to my needs if i do not downlaod it? was i suppose to see just by looking at that the template and guess its limitations and the lack of possibilites of updates for the template. since i bought the template i did write you to tell you the problems and now you are making it about refund. keep the money if it’s make you feel good, but don’t try to make it about money when clearly i’m telling you my frustrations about a product that did not deliver what it was promised. since clearly i paid for a full year of support and yet i do not feel like i can have a comprehension of my pornblems let along support, i will ask for the refund of that said support. keep your money for your template. clearly, it is all that matters to you as a seller. so thanks for the great customer service. a pleasure doing business with you

We are sorry for late response, we was on vacation its EID ( Our Biggest Religious Festival ) and we have not a good internet connection as well as we can’t give support our customer. Now we are always able to give support our customer.
