I’ve sent in some support tickets around 2 weeks ago but have not yet gotten through to anyone. The featured images from my posts are not showing up on my home page. It’s very frustrating. I’ve checked for mixed content, tested plugins, etc but can’t find the source of the issue, and I’m getting worried it’s a problem with the theme itself. PLEASE HELP! My site is so unattractive with just gray blocks instead of pictures :/

How can I change the logo size of this theme? I see in the control panel that i can change the width2 but when I change it nothing seems to happen – thanks!

Hi, Just looked getting same thing, I’ve cleaned my cache on Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge & Safari
I have added a form with PayPal payment option. The form also has a file upload feature, the issue I’m having is when I go to the site (https://urbanxposuremag.com) then go the form page (Fame Contest) and fill the form and click the upload file button then the page is refreshing or the form is not showing.
When I directly go to the page I’m not facing the issue and the form is loading perfectly.
How can I fix the issue?

Yes you need to login to your account on TF from which you purchased the template. And go to Mixone > support page and send a support ticket.

Hi, after upgrading to Wordpress 5.7.2 Mixone template doesn´t work, only shows animated logo, but not the website.

Theme is fully compatible with new WordPress. Please make sure that you have installed most recent version if not please download your Theme once again from ThemeForest, remove old one (Theme + Toolkit). Backup your modified files (If they are). Please note: Before your check please clear your browser cache. WordPress 5.7 contains a lot of changes to JavaScript code so there have been compatibility problems.

I guess it would be possible, you would have to create duplicate modules for each section (via page builder only). Then display them depending on the screen size.

So from the proposed solution I get, that both the desktop and mobile version would have to load into browser and browser would then discern between them, so double the size of the page and double the load time, is that right?

Exactly, it’s better to rebuild the modules to suit your needs. You can hide only one section for example: slider on top or carousel slider.

You can update your theme. We did not notice any problems during the tests. But first make sure that you have installed most recent version on your server. And please do database and file backup (just in case). If you still have a problem with this, please let me know and I will be happy to help you.

Hi, I am having problems with the latest version of the theme and the latest WP, after having used this theme for a long time it’s now no longer possible to switch between layouts on a post or page. When I change the layout a first time (picking one of the options you provide, such as wide or narrow text column, or page builder) and save the page or post, I am unable to change back to another layout afterwards. So the page or post is forever stuck on that layout. I have tried this on two different WP installs and they both act the same. I tried to mail you about this before via the support link but didn’t get a reply.
By the way, I did as you suggested above in another thread, I deleted the theme and child, and deletex the Mixone toolkit, then reinstalled them.
Update: the one thing I didn’t do yet is to clear my browser cache. After I did that, the theme works well again and I can switch between layouts…

After the update of Wordpress to 5.5 the template does not work. When are you going to release an update to make the template compatible?

1. We used King Composer Builder with pro version (fully frontend) 2. Basically no, because theme is designed for King Composer. 3. You can play stream but you can’t display song names. 4. We have documentation, get in touch with us via contact form on our profiles page.
