Support is ok, but the theme itself needs improvement. It is missing many features. I do not recommend it. Wasted money, again. I just stopped purchasing from theme forest.

It isn't easy to understand your review. Our theme has a lot of built-in functionality, and you save thousands of dollars monthly on app rental costs on the Shopify store. However, we cannot develop hundreds of thousands of applications integrated into the theme just to satisfy all customers and sell it for $56. Applications that suit each customer’s unique needs cannot be met by us.

Changed from 2-stars to 4-stars after the theme developer/team reached out to me and responded to my bug requests. They are responsive (usually within 1-2 days) regarding any bugs or issues or some minor customization needed for your site. Still working out the last bugs now (there are some on the mobile site), but hoping to change this to 5-stars once it's all sorted out. At the very least, thanks to the team for providing very good support.

Frustrated with this theme. It seems like the code quality is lacking. There are multiple bugs I encountered when trying to implement this theme on our shop.
I'm not a coder/developer myself, but it seems like the theme becomes buggy with variants, and for products that are not using the inventory system.
We did not want to use the inventory system, but now the cart does not properly add or subtract the correct number of items.
Also, if you choose a product variant that is not available, and then choose another variant that is available, then the price does not load for the new variant.
We tried testing on a Shopify basic theme and there were no issues with the cart or product functionality. We talked with the Shopify team and they said it was a theme issue.
I asked the Vinova support team and they told me that I needed to use the inventory on shopify for the theme to work correctly...
While the theme does look nice, and the support team was helpful with some of the customization (hence 2 stars, not 1), if the basic functionality of the shop becomes hindered because of the theme for customers, then it's not worth it... Really bummed.
Buying the theme was a very good choice.
First, the theme is very beautiful and perfect for a one product store. Also, the support is very helpful and responds quickly.
All in all a great theme.
