Hey! i just purchased but i don’t see the demo on my site after i imported. I see a box with the logo mizu. what should i do

For demo import please follow instructions from this article How To Import Demo Content Using The One-Click Demo Import Feature. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

There is no option to do this. You can try finding a plugin to help you with this, but we can’t guarantee it will work.

Please note that the once you import the demo content you will get access to all the pages, images and settings however, the images do come under copyright and if you intend to use them you will need to purchase a license for them.

You haven’t updated the theme since last year, now I’m having display issues. Can someone help with this? Support has expired so I have no other way to contact you. Don’t really want to buy the dormant theme again

Sorry but I’m really dissapointed of this theme. The one click import don’t work, i’ts difficult to manage for non-programmers people and the Support Team respond with a very delay. I think that waste my money because it’s really expensive.

Trying to see where images for the marketing company home page in the Mizu theme were sourced from. As wanting to see if there are other images to make sure the site is uniform. thanks.

Unfortunately, we do not own the copyright for these images and therefore cannot sell them. You’ll, of course, get all images after the demo import process during the installation, however, if you wish to use them on your live website you’ll have to purchase them yourself from Shutterstock.

Hi sorry it’s me again… I deactivated all the plugings then activated the theme mizu theme and pugins needed. I now see alle the information on the site but with code. I don’t see the mizu design. Please help

And me again… I got the theme “working” (by deleting other themes and everything on my pages but I only see white and grey. I want the agency homepage but where can i activate it? I don’t see it anywhere. Please answer me soon. My website is empty now. I want to rebuild as soon as possible.

I can’t get the theme to work. I only see a small clop of the homepage and a notifcation that the site is having technical difficulties. I uploaded via wordpress and also tried to via ftp. Both are not working.

Good afternoon!

I followed all the guidelines to install the theme that I bought 2 days ago. I even hired a new hosting to meet the requirements of the php.ini file, but the issue continues with serious installation issues.

I need you to help me solve my problem urgently, because this theme is for a job and I’ve lost 3 days trying to install it, besides losing money hiring a new hosting.

You’re welcome! Our theme comes with the WPBakery page builder, so this is the page builder you’ll need to use if you want to have the layouts that are showcased on our demo sites. We haven’t tested our theme with Elementor.

I have a developer installing the theme for me. He’s running into some issues which I’ve explained in the ticket #1700879 I submitted.

He’s installed the theme several times however the SELECT OPTIONS to import the demo is missing. He wants to know how to properly install the full XML.
