The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out. You can use the theme on latest version of WordPress with this plugin.

I purchased your theme on 2018-02-25. So I can’t submit a ticket on Help Center. The problem started after upgrading the wp version and update the plugins. I run Version 1.7 – May 24th, 2021 which is the last version you have released.

Hello. Is this theme will be updated ? We use it on an ecommerce website but are stuck with WooCommerce 4.7.

You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. I’m interested to purchase this theme. Would like to know if the following can be done :
1) Video background to fill the page instead of image
2) Portfolio Gallery (4 columns) to have the mouseover just like in masonry
3) Have a page loader with logo when the site first loaded before going into the homepage.
4) Homepage to have linking to sub section like a one page parallax.
5) Can the menu items be shown all the time instead of user needs to click on ‘Menu” to show the items?

1. You can display a video with the Revolution Slider. 2. Yes, it can. 3. You can set a preloader, but you can choose only a preloader that is already available in theme options, there is no option to add your own. You can set it to be displayed only when viewing the homepage. 4. Yes, this is possible. 5. Yes, you can choose the standard header option in Theme Options.

Does this theme have AJAX functionality? What steps are needed for AJAX to work?

Thanks for writing in and taking an interest! In our theme options you can enable Smooth Page transitions and preloading animation or fade-out animation. It is not based on AJAX, however there is an option for page transitions. We hope this is what you’re looking for. If there is any other doubt, please, do not hesitate to ask.

Hi, just bought the theme,
when I upload a .png, logo for exemple, he is always pixelated, I tried, PNG and PNG 24 export.
When I upload an svg, he isn’t showed in the header, even with the “svg safe” plugin.
How can I fix that ?

Multiple admin-ajax.php request from the wordpress backend using WP Bakery page builder plugin. “wpb_single_image_src” is the action that is making all these ajax request and crashing the server. Does anyone have faced this issue?

Hello! I’m having a problem with the cart and checkout pages on this theme in the woocommerce. The pages doesn’t work and if I change the theme for another one, it works perfectly. Then, I change for Mane again and the pages stay blank again.

The cart page I´m finnaly resolved, but the checkout page continues appearing the blank page

Once we check we do see that you are using an outdated version of the theme and its plugins, so please consider updating the theme to the latest version 1.5 and Mane Core version 1.2.1. You can read more about the procedure here.
Also we can see that once add your product to the cart you do have a sidebar opened which is not part of our theme and not the regular WooCommerce behaviour, so possible you have a 3rd party plugin that is in conflict with our theme. Please note that we cannot guaranty compatibility with any 3rd party plugins as they have not been tested with our theme. So please try to deactivate it to see if the issue will get resolved.

Another question for you. Is there a login/register/my account page (for woocommerce) or do I add it by an external plugin

To get this you do need to create a page with my account shortcode in it and set it in Woocommerce -> Settings -> Advanced
Which will enable you to have your my account page which you can add as your menu item.

When it comes to the cart the default is the text being displayed and it could possibly be achieved by adding some custom CSS as there is no option within the theme to change to an icon instead.

This issue was about something else that I managed to solve so as I cant delete this comment I will ask you which credentials do I have to use to sign in to your support site since when I tried to contact you even logged here I had to navigate through documentation and also log there so i got lost and had to come here anywhere. I originally saw the edit page instance as just CSS, I enabled the Classic Editor plugin and got to see the pages to be edited, but now, even the page loads with CSS, the buttons dont work, and WP Bakery isnt working either. Do you know why could there be all these issues? Ive never had them before. Thanks.

I just purchased your theme. I cannot get portoflio items to show up on my homepage? I’ve tried absolutely everything except deleting the entire site and starting from scratch. please help
Disregard my previous comment above. What I did to resolve the issue was delete the portfolio module on the homepage, and add a fresh one.
On a different note, I don’t see “Custom CSS” in the Elated Options > General area? Where do I add custom CSS?

How can i do this small masonry https://mane.elated-themes.com/portfolio-item/paper-art/? It is impossible… There is always at least 2 columns. Its very important for my portfolio, i dont have time to rework on each image. Also I didnt find how to remove the social icon.

It look like this theme has been abandonned by the author. The last update is 6 month old and the WP BACKERY version included (JS COMPOSER 5.5.2) didn’t follow when I’ve upgraded the WP Core with the new Guttemberg **. All the WP BACKERY blocs are now handled by guttemberg and the visual composer area is empty. I had to get the up to date JS_COMPOSER plugin from another theme… I will not reniew for the support.

In the next theme update, we’ll include the latest version of WPBakery, which is compatible with the Gutenberg editor.

The demo import hasnt been working properly, neither wp bakery. From what ive seen the pagebuilder looked quite confusing but then again I havent been able to install anything properly yet. Ive waited for support on my ticket for 3 days. Not a great start but I’ll remain hopeful because the theme looks beauutiful. It does suck to have issues this early on though since I need it to get my business up n running.
