Plugins are not working and there is no way to update them via wordpress, terrible idea to offer plugins and never update them !!!!! And there is no customer support.

We are sorry to hear this however, if your support has expired you can always send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will be happy to provide you with the latest versions of the plugins.
The theme will be updated and the latest bundled plugins version will be included. We do have our team working on updating all our themes so Måne will for sure be updated as soon as possible and you will for sure be notified once it is out.

Really great theme, user friendly. Documentation is straightforward and I like how all of the options in the "elated options" section that shows up on the left wordpress menu bar are clear and user friendly. This is my second wordpress site. I had a bad experience previously with a theme from another company so I was extremely picky about choosing another one. Customer support usually takes about a day to get back and they don't seem to be there on weekends, but when they get back to you they give very helpful and clear answers. I've had a very good experience with the theme overall and the quality of the support.
I think this theme is beautiful and very easy to use.
Many options to choose from and build with.
I would definitely recommend it to others!
This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I bought this to make redesigning my website easy, I wanted to do something new with minimal effort because I'm honestly way too busy to focus on my own website. But no. I have had this stupid theme for two months and every time I try to work on it I find something else that's broken and won't work. Is your sidebar set to not scroll not stick on all options? Too bad, it feels like sticking instead of scrolling. Just want to have your image function in a lightbox like it's supposed to? Nope. In fact, now it won't show up at all. Want your images to just show up on your portfolio page? Dare to dream. There are too many issues for me to even go over in a support ticket that I just cannot bother. I do not have the time to deal with waiting, responding, etc. There are too many bugs with this; way more than there should be. Everyone I work with who I show my WordPress site to just cannot understand it either. I completely give up. Absolutely awful experience. I feel like I completely wasted my money and my damn time. I'm just using my old website at this point.

It's a super pretty theme if you know how to deal with it. In the beginning I got a little bit stressed since I couldn't upload the demo theme. After 5 hours of trying and failing the whole time I decided to install the demo manually. It FINALLY worked! Then I had a problem with the REVSLIDER template for design-studio: Too big on everybody's screen, so I had to remake it myself in order to look like the one I saw before I bought the theme.
But overall still a pretty looking theme that I will use for a long long time. Thanks! Keep up the good work.
