How difficult is it to set this up while using another wordpress theme for desktop? Will I have to remake every page or will it pull the info from my other site?
Depends on your theme, you’ll most likely want to make some mobile specific pages (custom post types from your desktop theme won’t be supported with this mobile theme for example).

You can do either way. The best way is to do like you said and make a separate mobile site and redirect to it.

Can we upload images from the iphone? I accessed the world-admin from my phone Wanting to use images from my phones photo gallery But it won’t open the native photo app. Is there a fix for this? I’d like to upload photos and content on the go
I just tested on my iPhone and it opens the photo library fine

Sorry but I’m not clear what your question is?
On all my pages the page title is displaying along with the blog title. For example its looking like this: Page Title | My Blog Title
But I just want to display the Page title and not include the blog title – I checked your demos and they don’t have this so wondering if there is a setting somewhere that I missed to turn this on or off…
