This theme is amazing but more importantly, the level of customer support and speed to impliment custom developments was incredible. I will be using this author for all my projects going forward

In your review, I do not understand what does "Not all files present." means?
Also, "Booking pages etc." - our theme has a simple booking contact form with Contact Form 7 on the model profile page, it is clearly stated in the theme description page. What booking pages you can not find?
And finally demo data import problems. On your WP installation the One Click Demo Data plugin can not be installed - it causes fatal error on activation. That is not a theme issue. Plugin has more than a million active installations and updated 1 month ago. And I imported demo data for you manually.

Can be used. Many things must be Improved. After we did our custom code, we could use this theme. But it tooks too much time to bring it to life. For Price/Quality 4 Stars. Will wait for good updates.

We looked at a few themes before deciding on Modellic. The theme is excellent, well built and even better is the demo data it comes with meaning in no time you have a website up and running, with lots of options and customisation. Most impressed by the support. Heleb is very helpful and quick in replying to your support ticket which is excellent. Also he is constantly looking at ways to make the theme even better. Cannot recommend Coffeecream enough!
