Hi there, How can we upload the logo on retina definition? I uploaded the logo to the theme but it shows on low quality… the logo uploaded has a good size. thanks

Will this theme be Google AMP ready any time soon? I looked at the bigcommerce site and got the following quote: “The current active theme does not support Google AMP. Please make sure you are on the latest version of the theme & the theme supports Google AMP. If it is a private theme please refer to the theme’s documentation for more details on how to make your theme support Google AMP”

Hi, I can’t seem to read the documentation of the CS Modez zip package for self-help. I am trying to change the photos of the banners in the storefront but don’t know how to do it.
The item support at http://www.codespotsupport.com/?envato_item_id=19681741 also doesn’t show bigcommerce as a supported framework. Hence, I have to post my questions this place.

I read the part on updating banner images and it seems like I have to enter an image URL for it. Does this mean I have to get a separate hosting service to host my photos and display them publicly so that I can get their URL and put it into the line? Is there a simpler way for me to upload my photos for the banners?
You can upload images in BC Image Manager, then copy URL to the language file.

We have a current live site on Bigcommerce (blueprint) and recently bought your theme. Now, we would like to customize your theme and when finished then push live.
Is there a way to keep the original site going whist working on your theme in bigcommerce or are we able to do it locally?

There is a few solution:
1. You can install the theme but not activate it yet. Customize and preview via the online File Editor until you satisfy.
2. Create a new trial store. Import/export your contents from your live store to the trial store. Install and customize the theme on trial store.
3. Work locally using NodeJS. Please read detailed instruction here: https://stencil.bigcommerce.com/docs/installing-and-launching-stencil-1 This method is recommended for developer only.

Thanks for that. If we try the trial store, will we need to pay for the theme again? I read that we would need to re-purchase the theme or is that for the themes purchased on bigcommerce specifically.
You don’t need to re-pay for installing on trial stores.
exporting from a trial to a current bigcommerce site won’t be a problem then?

For customizing the header, you can edit these files:
/templates/components/common/header.html /templates/components/common/navigation-list.html /templates/components/common/navigation-menu.html

As I have already stated, I HAVE SUBMITTED MULTIPLE SUPPORT REQUESTS. Telling me to read the documentation on how to contact you does not help me.
Why can’t you just check your support requests and get back to me? Problem: I uploaded your theme to my big commerce account with no issue. But then when I went to preview the theme on my site, it is completely crashed. My browser keeps on saying the page is unreachable. Everything else is working in big commerce, but i can’t edit the theme or anything so visitors are unable to access my store. This is the first time it happened.
I don’t know how to include a screenshot here. Just check my support request, jeez.

I cant send a screen shot via the email system. My site is www.affordabletravelling.com. On my navigation menu I want ‘support’ and ‘information’ as drop down menus. Can I achieve that with your theme ?
