I’m sorry for a low rating but you totally deserve it! Shall I comment here what you asked for a simple header customization for your 60$ themes? It’s 2 times more then the price of your whole theme and that also for a simple header layout which most other themes already provide! You suck my friend and the only thing against the rules is themeforest supporting bad agents like you!

I think you viewed our demo before purchase this theme, we don’t provide that style for the header. Because we sell template so the price will low, but your requirement need change a lot of code to meet and this style is only you need, the cost will be change. Hope you can understand.

Have you checked your demo link in themeforest? Please enlighten me where do you mention the different HEADER layouts your theme supports? Only after purchase I got to know the header we want is not supported. Moreover, you want 160$ for a mere header layout customization where your whole theme costs less then 60$ and you’re trying to justify it? I think your development team sucks!
Let’s view all homes of our demo and you can see we don’t have the heading style you need, just view it on the landing page and we believe you can see that. This is a template and it will have the feature and design fixed so the cost is 59$ but if you need custom it the cost will be changed, our customize cost is 20$/hour. If that cost is too much for you, you can look for other developers to customize it for you.

This sounds like one of those ole bait and switch, when I go to register my product that I purchased from you I cannot even install plugins because I have to go to some fraudulent website called wikiblurb to “enter my envato” account information. Sounds like a scam. I want my damn product registered and no more of that funny business.

Hi! We installed your theme and built a store for 300+ products. However your theme is generating non-stop database entries in wp_postmeta table (meta_value: content_width) which bloats the entire database and gives CPU a hard time. We already verified this by monitoring no. of rows through WP-Sweep plugin. Once we change the theme to default 2022 wordpress, the generation of these entries stopped. May I know what’s your fix on this?

We are already your customer and I procured Modus Theme. Right now, we found the website is too slow. Our installation of the theme throws performance issues, after we have updated the WooCommerce Version: 5.9.0 We are not sure but is the Modus theme (Modus child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce old template files.These files may need updating to ensure, and are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. If you suggest us a better / any alternative solution to resolve this performance issue, please do let us know. We will check and revert. We would appreciate if you can reply us ASAP.

I was planning to buy this template for one of my friend but when we were checking the template we saw that some links are broken. For example – Shop with right sidebar , shop with left side bar. Also some features are not working properly like compare feature. add to cart which is becoming an obstacle to explore the template properly.
