If you buy the template, you will have those color files included in separate CSS files.
Is there somewhere where I can see the color options? The logo image I need to use on my site is black, white, and ff8604.

The color options that you see on the demo are pre-define. If you want black and white, you can customize it a bit in css file.
How do you change the favicon for the site? It doesnt work just by replacing the favicon.ico file
Use http://www.favicon.cc/ to generate your favicon and when you replace it, it will work. The reason it is working for you is because of cache on your browser. try to clear the cache and it will work.
I am not sure how to change the fonts. It doesnt work when you just change the google font link.
you should add the font family name in the CSS file as well. it still not working, I will help you through email.

I understand i need to change something to set utf-8 charset, but i dont know how to do this jeje.
