The theme is pretty and offers many advanced options for an e-commerce shop. The documentation regarding installation and customization is minimal. As a result I had to contact customer service multiple times. Although I always received an answer within a few hours, it seems like they don't read the ticket thoroughly resulting in answering only a small portion of the question. It took me more than 1 week to resolve an issue which I finally figured out on my own. I would definitely not extend the customer service support.

I love the overall design and it seamlessly syncs with many of my ideas.
Also, the support from the developers is prompt and helpful.
Couldn't make a better choice.

This is NOT a 5 star theme, do not let the reviews fool you like they did to me.

The documentation is abysmal and while support is generally quick within a day, it is not from a native english speaking country so there is a langauge barrier.

The theme options pages are not intuitive, the theme developer needs to put a focus on making it more user friendly and well documented, simply having notes next to all the options of what they do instead of just yes/no etc.

For the main theme color option, have text that lists all the elements of the theme that are set to that color, "buy now button, X button, y button, etc..."

This theme as a wonderful design with easy customization feature. Also support is great.

In theme options yyou can choose only 1 in 1 instant installation per shop.

Documentation is not very well.

The Translation in other languages is noit very well / unfinished....

Hopefully you will work on the language files, because for German market you can´t use it if main buttons (buy now)/(go to checkout).... are not translated...small things with big effect...

Customer Support helped a lot in customizing the theme content for me. Also the best theme available, easy customization but in a very effective way.

Great support service & product

The customer support team is very reactive and helped me with every problem I had. The theme looks really nice. It does relies on some plugins and especially Elementor (I would have prefered a native Wordpress/Gutemberg theme) but it's still much better than many other themes I have tried before. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. It's very good quality for this price.
