Do you plan to update the HTML version to align with current platforms such as WooCommerce or Shopify? I need the HTML version, but several features in other sections are not functioning correctly.

Please note that the HTML version is a static front-end template. It is not directly compatible with platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify, which require their own specific theme structures and backend integrations. If you are looking for full eCommerce functionality on those platforms, you would need a dedicated WooCommerce or Shopify theme.
Regarding updates: we regularly improve the HTML template itself (design refinements, bug fixes, compatibility with modern browsers, etc.), but we do not plan to convert the HTML version to match WooCommerce or Shopify functionality.
About the features not working correctly — could you please provide more details?

Unfortunately, I must clarify that it’s not feasible. The images utilized in the demonstrations are placeholders. It’s advisable to employ your own images to circumvent copyright concerns. Hello, I have a couple of questions: 1) the pictures in advertising show most product pics, especially in categories and in the product page, to be vertical rectangles. However in the demos all of them are square. Is this something that can be changed easily? 2) The example of the product page has only 4 product pictures, and no slider or smth. Can more pics be added?

Sorry, I don’t have a screenshot – I am just considering this template for a website.
The question is pretty simple though: in the demos, when I open all shop and product pages, product photos are made in square shape. Is it possible to make them, say, standard 2×3 or 3×4 photography size?
And 2) Can I add more than 4 pictures on the product page, or it is limited by 4 pics per product as in the demos?

Yes, you can make them 2×3 or 3×4 by just adding the code of the height and width and also with the use image size you want.

Sorry to say that but we do not have any backend manage store, our template is a pure HTML template, with HTML, CSS, JS files included, so you can use it with any CMS which better meets your requirements, or you can use it as Custom as well.

While we currently do not have that feature, but for you I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

First of all that is not a bug but it’s the default functionality of zoom image that you have to understand, obviously when someone touches on a product image then it zooms or opens a large image container. Please check this video https://jmp.sh/L2jEMjZ and paste the below code in the stylesheet of the theme as I show in the video to solve your issue.

Hello support team I just want to know where is the background color of header bottom? I tried to find it on style.css and demo.css and unable to find it. I bought this template by mistake thinking this was the wordpress version. Bought the wordpress version so they would believe my mistake and asked for a refund.
They pointed out the themeforest rules so i contacted them. They put the claim back with them. Untill today no answer or refund.
Regreting buying this theme due to bad support, I havent started yet with working on the theme so i worry about needing support. They could have fixed this by now.
