Great Customer Support. Responded within a day to any questions I had.
Good theme with lots of customization options and excellent support
Monaco is a beautiful wordpress theme, we use it for 3 years now. Yesterday I needed support and the team of Zooka helped right away to fix the issue. In one day, my website is up and running again, looking beautiful.
Can't get the theme to work. Emailed four days ago asking for help but haven't heard back. So much for "6 months of support."
After I upload it into Wordpress Themes, I click on Live Preview, and I get this message: “Please Click Here to INSTALL and ACTIVE all required plugin first!” When I click on the “Click Here” link, I then get an error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I did upload the zip files of the six plugins that come with the download and I activated them, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
The Theme comes with Demo Content and claims to have a one click installer for such but no such installer is present. Upon searching the comments section, it appears this is a common issue, and the resolve is to start a support ticket. Their is nothing more frustrating than trying to create a site and having to put progress on hold to work through a support system. That is not how I want to start out a website. It is an immediate red flag that I will likely be in need of theme support often in the future. A business is in poor health if it must dedicate precious time to web design and maintenance over product creation and marketing.
The staff team provides great customer support and with patience.

Theme looks nice and so I bought it but man is the documentation very very poor and for a theme that claims to have so many looks, you literally cannot change from one to the other WITHOUT ERASING EVERYTHING FIRST! How is that acceptable.
And so many things just do not work and I have built hundreds of sites and worked with hundreds of themes and have never had these issues.
And response time on tickets is extremely long.
Demo 13 at least is missing the revslider template in the ZIP. Contacting support eventually got that resolved, but they have given up trying to get my site to look like the demo, despite having wiped and started from scratch. Now the homepage still has several noticeable differences from the demo and they have said basically "we changed the template"... but it's so obviously just broken. I'm assuming they've given up. Don't bother with this template if you're expecting to hit the ground running, I've wasted a week with people who clearly do the bare minimum that is asked of them.
Problem with plugin solved. Goog communication and quick responses. Very pleased.

Customer support has always been great. I've had many things fixed/changed and Zooka Studio is very prompt and courteous.
