The theme is barely customizable. Some main functionality and design features are not available. Support is not helpful and for some reason the replies are being marked private on the support thread which could help others solve similar problems.

Not responsive home slider feature - doesnt work
No support - No reply to the questions asked on time, our support expired before we got your reply and we are not willing to pay more money in vain since you didnt answer for two months

Not sure if incompetent or malicious: Trying to iron out a few simple bugs in the theme, but instead of helping, CTH support abuses WP-admin rights to turn our Wordpress installation into a mess!
Beware! Will turn off critical plugins (galleries, portfolios etc.) and security relevant features (login protection, activity log etc.) of your Wordpress installation and leave your homepage behind in a non-functioning state FOR DAYS (until we found out and manually restored everything).

Very limited customization can be done. Most of the features are not compatible with the other features within the theme itself. Some components would break the site if used alongside others.

Very Limited compared to current themes in market.

Very good template, totally profesional in terms of design.
