Demo import finishes incomplete. Lots of elements are missing. The Moon Helper Plugin fails to load.
Tried on 2 different servers but it is an issue. Others had this problem as well 20 days ago, please take a look into this. Thank you!

No sorry. Instead, I believe that I am in the possibility of being helped by you even before the renewal. This is a request I made to you some time ago and I’ve never been served. As I know you are very accurate – having purchased other items from you – I am sure you will have missed it.
I’ll give you an update. I installed a system from scratch and carried out all subsequent steps diligently. The problem of lack of display in some backgrounds exists. There is also the one related to the width of the content column, which is smaller than your demo. In short, the same problems that I expected would be solved many months ago.

I do not think so. on moonex and on liarch when you import the demo the final result is not correct. Do we need to renew the license to get what when we buy the theme we should already get correctly? I am very surprised by your comment.

Hello in your moonex folder there is the demo file to import. I imported it correctly following your guides. The problem is that some settings are not respected (backgrounds, content column widths, etc.) compared to the demo you show. Will it be a css problem? of html blocks? That’s why I would be interested if you saw the site at the link where it is. I am sure you would solve it very quickly.
hello, i’m so sorry, huh, but I didn’t get your answers. Since the problem persists (I did the fifth installation from scratch following your guides step by step and using your files and nothing different happens) I would like to understand if you can solve it immediately because I have to hand in my work on 15/12.
P.s.: just to tell you another thing that in my opinion should be handled better in an upgrade: responsive doesn’t work properly (see footer)

Thanks for your theme its great, I have a problem where I have done a completely clean install of WP 5.93 as I’m using PHP 8.1. What happened is that the entire website had a width of 1100px and not the 1500px width of your demo website. Do you have a way of altering the website width as the demo about pages and some other pages aren’t displaying correctly and all squashed together?

Also I’ve just imported the demo content no problem, I’ve noticed that on my site the theme is not as wide as your eg:1400px wide, do you have any settings that I can alter for this as I cant find it under the customise section?

I just purchased your Moonex theme and was using the Agency setup as a base… I have selected the showcase in the elementor plugin, and I see where I can change the images for the backgrounds, but how do you go about updating the hero text call outs. The demo content did not import any text into this section like is on your demo website.
