Hi, I just purchased the theme. We received an error message when importing the XML demo data. Also, there is a required plugin (FR Theme Extensions) that will not install. Below is the error message received when installing the required plugin:
The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.
Plugin installation failed.
Plugin not activated. A higher version of FR Theme Extensions is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

i have import the data. there is no footer in all pages. where and how can i add this. in your docu is nothing to find about.
i have found under widgets to set the footer by my self. if i do this, so the footer is over the content in frontend page. this is bad.
your support-page is not working. it is frustrating. i get no breadcrumb in pages. the content will be display on the top of the page – over the menu. in your docu is nothing about pages. also not work: if i will use the portfolio-element, so the content will float over the portfolio-swiper.
also stil/design/font is not set on new pages. i have create a new page. there is not the correct font. i have no fun with this theme.
custom logo can also not save. please give feedback how i can use this theme.
colors in custom-design will also not be save.
please send also the actually version of wp-bakery. i have bougth thei theme but the versions are old.
the slider from the import, will not work.
also get missing jquery-error in console and mixed content.

now you wrote that you must “test the theme with the new version of WordPress”.
only for information: the portfolio-swiper could not used with other content-elements, it must be stand alone. this wrote the support to me. so not all elements could be used in combination with other elements.
please answer all the other questions. animation could not stop – although it is offered as an option. it does not work. the blog will be broke the css also with other “post-plugins”. it will not work. the second level in menu will not be full readable if it is on the last position of the menu. and so on.
