Of this theme’s two main plugins, they have both had all kinds of problems out of the box. I had to buy WP-Bakery myself because the old version included wouldn’t work. And the Essential Grid doesn’t work either. When you try to edit, the buttons clicked do nothing. I don’t want to build my website on such a broken theme from the get go.
Please issue a refund.

They are fully functional and are the same copies of the plugin direct buyers get. There is no need to buy the plugins separately.

For anyone looking at this theme. I personally would not purchase it again. It is glitchy, can be difficult to edit, has some pretty big limitations in certain areas, etc.

Fresh wordpress installation. JUST the theme installed. Throws errors (i.e.)

Installing all plugins and activating does not help, i.e. slider revolution is so broken, it can’t be activated:

Basically, contrary to other themes I purchased on envato, this does not work out of the box. I’m not even asking for support – requesting refund.

Is it possible to have custom links in the image grid rather than a popup image viewer? Reference: The “STUDIO” page on the demo.
Also, given that this is a music theme, where is the theme’s custom CSS audio or video player UI? Is it just calling audio/video player view from WP core only? Thanks.

Sure, you can choose different skin for this grid, so it will have custom link rather than image popup.

Hi, I bought the theme, after using it I noticed a problem only on iPhone devices with every browser you use. If you open the sticky menu from mobile, and then you close it, tha page does not scroll or move anymore, it seems to be blocked at all. This issue is only visible on iPhone devices and not on android and windows one. I checked at demo webpage of recording studio and I found out it is not an exclusive problem of my site (www.soundcheckstudio.it). Of course my support has expired and I cannot open a ticket. Please I need urgent support
