Hi! I just updated our site to the latest 1.7 theme version, also updated the plugins. Now i cant load the elementor to edit the pages. I tried deactivate the plugins, incognito mode, no result. If i load the homepage in safe mode, the slider disappears… support expired… What can i do now?

Theme suddenly stopped working and because my support has expired there are no ways to get help from the author. It was fine for first few months but now the website is totally useless and the pre-loader takes forever. Not recommended if you are looking for a reliable theme.

When you purchase an item from ThemeForest you get a 6-month included support. Your support expired, that’s why you could not open a ticket. In our last reply we suggested you to renew support and then create a ticket.
To renew support go to “Downloads” page in your ThemeForest account (from the dropdown on the top right of your ThemeForest page).
