I really, really hate it when this is how one is treated as a client after so many years of use -without ever asking for support- and then, when something serious comes up, to get turned down "sorry, your support has expired, renew your support or we won't help you"

You can browse our legacy forums for free @ http://para.llel.us/support/ To search the forums you'll need to create an account and sign in. (It costs nothing, that's just the way the forum search works.)
To submit a ticket, yes, you'll need an active support license.
Parallelus help center does not have a support email to contact. Plus, their help center forums are "private" for each theme and you must send a request to be invited...this button is broken. Someone please help - it stinks spending $79 on something that makes help forums private and basically makes it impossible for me to research/solve common issues that other users have experienced. PLEASE HELP!
