All required plugins developed by the theme provider were outdated and crashed our entire site and required developers to extract the plugins in order for our site to come back online.
We worked with the seller to attempt to reinstall 'updated' plugins and the site came crashing down yet again.
The support tool they use for communication didn't work for half the time we were trying to communicate with the seller as well.
The 500 Internal Server Error that you were getting is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the website's server, but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is (most 500 errors are server-side errors).
Also, yesterday, ticksy (the support platform we're using) was doing some updates/maintenance work, and was causing some issues, but now everything is working as it should, therefor could you please check your ticket #1240056 and provide the requested credentials, so our support can take a closer look?
Nice theme with many design options, also mobile-friendly. Had a problem with my one page navigation menu and the support is great. Response times between 1-2 hours and a very friendly highgrade guy fixed my problem.
It is a complete and marvelous theme. With a clean code and well done. The results can be excellent. I love how flexible the use can be.
Importing demos is very simple, handling the styles in the configuration is good.
