Hi…I have quite a few licenses for your MultiPurpose theme but it looks like it’s not being updated any longer (last update 2017). The theme is starting to break with the latest versions of WP and the mobile menu isn’t displaying any longer. Are you still going to update and support the theme or are you just going to abandon it?

The next update is planned in few days (the reason is that jQuery library stopped support for Internet Explorer and very little code change is needed), however, if you would like to fix the menu now then please follow the short instruction we just sent you in the e-mail.

Hello, Do you have a list of all shortcodes used with this theme? The sub nav of the tool to insert a shortcode does not work for me so I cannot insert a code using that and need to do it manually. Thank you

Please install the Classic Editor then please hover on orange plus icon and then you will see the list of all shortcodes. We recommend you to update the MultiPurpose Shortcodes plugin to the latest version and then refresh the cache and then “sub nav” should work fine.

In general if you need to just translate the theme – then you don’t need extra plugin. You can just follow this instruction. If you need to have support of few languages then you need to use plugin like Polylang.

We just double checked the slider on latest WordPress and it works fine. Please just make sure that all images for all slides are assigned correctly with correct size (like on our demo).

I have been using this theme for awhile now, I created 6 projects with content that was showing on the project page which includes links. When you view each project in wordpress the content is there yet when you go to the page it is not showing? Any thoughts as to what happened to the content? It did at one point show now it is not??

It looks like in your child theme you added this code for some reason:
.project .descr{display: none !important;}This code simply hides the content in single projects. Please just remove it and and then content will appear again (like in native theme).

We just checked http://robertromanelli.com/project/numedica/ and it looks that a custom code we mentioned above is still there (not removed) on http://robertromanelli.com/wp-content/themes/multipurpose-child-theme/style.css and that’s the reason.

I’m having a problem using the insert shortcode tool in the page editor when using the Chrome browser – when using the navigation to hover from the plus icon to one of the items like Columns, that’s fine, but when I then try to hover over one of the options 1/1 etc. the navigation disappears – it doesn’t let me select any of the options. I logged in on Firefox and I don’t have this problem, just seems to be on Chrome.

I’m re downloading this theme from years ago and I’m transferring the multipurpose responsive file in ftp. I’ve tried the multipurpose folder in ftp but it is totally not what it used to be. I’d really hate to purchase this theme all over again ..whether by support or the theme in general. I’ve spent thousands on themeforest and am very frustrated.

This is a pre-sales question. I like both this MultiPurpose theme and your newer one that you call Clear Cutta. I more or less understand what unique features the Clear Cutta has compared to this MultiPurpose. What I do not understand is the opposite thing: what features this MultiPurpose theme has that Clear Cutta doesn’t?
