Before I renew support I need to know if it’s possible for this theme to actually work properly with the following: WordPress version 5.3.2; PHP version 7.0.33. The plug in that comes with the theme Page Builder and PremiumCoding Shortcodes for Munditia theme (version 3.4) appears to be a big issue here.

Hello, a couple of years ago I purchased 4 licenses for Munditia, but it is not compatible with php versions 7.0-7.3, producing many error messages. Unfortunately, WooCommerce will no longer support php 5.6 and is asking for a php update. Are you going to provide a theme/functions.php update to fix this? I still love the theme and would like to continue using it.

This theme stopped loading JQuery on the homepage and shop page without warning. Still trying to get it to work again. The site is theblueeditiontt.com. It also ridiculous that one has to renew support to get help from the developer for such a buggy theme. Don’t buy this theme unless you enjoy head aches.

Thanks for your speedy response…I have removed it from maintenance mode and I have set all the necessary menu locations as you and your support team have told me to do …the navigation menu is working on phones now…..

Hi, How do i make the category name a H1?

not sure why you would like to do that since having multiple H1 is not good for SEO, category title should be H2. H1 is reserved for main titles of single posts and pages. You would have to change category.php to change it to H1.

Hi, thats why we are wanting to create a H1 for SEO. When i create a category the name is at the top and with the breadcrumbs and then if i create a H1 in the description box the heading is displayed 3 times and looks too busy.

purchased the theme to get website up and running, stuck on errors since 4 days now, item support is too slow.

I emailed the support site but no answer yet. I’m having a hard time with the header and my logo size. My logo keeps dropping down into the page break and the main nav bar. Any information or fixes. The filter of blog doesn’t work except for the first category ( I click buttons and they show empty content). Popups of the image doesn’t work ( i click + and it opens the href of image). Bar navigation doesn’t work ( I click numbers and the page content doesn’t change).

I gave up on this theme a year ago. It’s horrible on all levels. The authors are too busy creating other products to make more money that there’s no time left to support customers who have already supported them. It’s really a shame. I came back to this page with the assumption that this author would have been suspended from the marketplace. To my surprise, still here. As an example, the last time the theme was updated was on February 1st. Many updates across Wordpress/WooCommerce since then that require the theme to be updated. Do not buy a single thing from this author. I don’t feel good writing this review, but what’s right is right and when people pay for something they deserve better.

yes, the theme was last updated two months ago, which clearly states we update the theme for new wp and woocommerce releases (but if there is no problem with new release, there is no need to update the theme). Also the Theme has 36×5 ratings, I guess if it would be that bad, that would not be the case :). Why would they suspended a power elite author that has been here for 6 years? Anyway, thanks for your opinion, fortunately most of buyers don’t share it.

Also I see no tickets in our support system under your username, do you have a ticket number so I can check it out?

I was wondering… Does your theme do anything for “Sold Out” products? Woo Commerce offers a SOLD OUT plugin, and when I activate it, the SOLD OUT button appears BEHIND the main image. :( This is key for me and my shop.. Will you integrate that into the theme?

The theme looks nice, but it supports only very limited other plugins that are available on the market. For example I added (various) endless scrolling plugins, a plugin for a better search box, a catalog only mode plugin (because I have an affiliate website) and today i wasted €18 on a woocommerce video plugin to have videos shown on the product page. No one is working.

I understand its very hard to support everything that is out there. Wordpress and Woocommerce should really solve this problem that every thememaker, makes their own decision about plugin support, menu layout etc etc. For a non programmer all this makes it very hard to create the site they want.

On the checkout page the credit card section is “whited out” and there is just a small spinning circle. So nothing can be input. Like it is waiting on something. This section worked before I switch to this theme. Please help. The form field where you enter the credit card number and name is only about two characters big. How do I fix this or what is wrong?
