Hi! I bought the theme some time ago but installed it now the first time. Everything fine so far but the page builder doesnt work at all. I can open a page to edit but if i try to open a shortcode box from the demo content it keeps white. The box opens but i cant edit any content. Can you please provide help? Otherwise the theme is useless to me. Working in code is not an option. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys! GTMetrix is complaining about the below not being served from a consistent URL. Contacting the folks at Revslider and they have redirected me back to you as they are saying that it is being called “twice” from the template itself and not the plugin. Could you guys please take a look into what the template is calling for the below script twice and put out a fix? I don’t think you will need my site specifically as this should be an “in general” thing. It would free up roughly 500kb in calls in total for my case scenario, pretty significant.

The issue you have is not theme related. Please deactivate the “Put js includes to body” option in the slider settings.

I am getting error for the slider on the front page saying that “The slider you’ve inserted here was removed in the meantime, thus it won’t be displayed to your visitors. This slider is still recoverable on the admin interface. You can enable listing removed sliders with the Screen Options -> Removed sliders option, then choose the Restore option for the corresponding item to reinstate this slider, or just click here.
Only you and other administrators can see this to take appropriate actions if necessary. ” How can I solved it?

I’ve been using this theme for just under a year now, it’s great! 
After heavy customization of the website, one day the CMSmasters Content Composer stopped working (in the admin area only). The following jQuery errors were being thrown in the developer console in /wp-admin/: ReferenceError: cmsms_composer_icons is not defined TypeError: cmsmsShortcodes is undefined ReferenceError: cmsmsEditorShortcodes is not defined
I solved this by switching to a default theme (such as TwentyEighteen) and then switched back to the Buzz Club child theme. This will prompt you to re-activate the CMSmaster Content Composer. After re-activation the errors were gone. I hope this helps anyone who may also run into this.

For some reason color changes are not applying as they should and I have tried everything i can think of, including changing other custom profiles but it just doesnt seem like it is applying

Issues related to the changes that are not applied on the front-end are not theme-related and always refer to the cache settings. We’d advise you to clear it (deactivate and activate cache plugin if you have it, clear the cache on your server, refresh the page with Ctrl+F5) and check how settings are applied. The issue you have can be caused by the limits set on the server. We can recommend you to add the following code to your .htaccess file (it is located in the root folder of WordPress installation – along with /wp-content, /wp-includes, /wp-admin) after # END WordPress line:
php_value post_max_size 64M php_value upload_max_filesize 64M php_value max_file_uploads 128M php_value max_input_vars 5000 php_value max_execution_time 300
and this code to your wp-config.php file after define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); line:

If this does not help, please ask your hosting provider to increase PHP Post Max Size and PHP Max Upload Size to 64Mb on your server.
Maybe there are some other restrictions set on the server and there is a need to increase some limits that aren’t mentioned at our documentation as in fact we don’t deal with server configurations and only your hosting provider can find a solution for the issue. Appreciate your understanding.

Hello, super template, congratulations! Everything worked fine and then I changed the mail in my paypal account a few days ago and since that day, there are problems, payments work, customers can order, the money arrives on my paypal account but my command is still waiting in my admin interface. I modified the mail in my Woocommerce interface, but it does not work, the order status does not change even when the payment is over. Can you find a solution please because I really do not see where it can come from. I deleted the old API to test with the new mail thinking that it would work but no. Can you help me please and find a solution, I do not know what to do. Kevin

All the theme files are optimized already and the issue you have with downloading speed is most likely connected with your hosting provider or third-party plugins you activated. In fact there is not much I can advise in such a situation. You can try to install some kind of a Cache plugin to overcome the issue but I should note that in fact we do not guarantee the third-party plugin compatibility with the theme. There are tons of different plugins available and we cannot ensure compatibility with the theme for all of them. We kindly advise you to contact your hosting provider to figure out what can be done to make site loading faster (perhaps, to change hosting plan or even provider). As I’ve mentioned previously, theme files are already optimized and alas nothing else can be done with theme code to speed up the uploading. Appreciate your understanding.
As for the contact form issue – please contact your hosting provider to find out if the mailing option functions properly for your site, hope it will be helpful.
Concerning the logo – please note that there is no strictly recommended logo size. For superior performance on Retina displays, logo image is added in two sizes. It is recommended that you add an image for Retina logo twice larger than your default logo.
Settings for mobile displaying can be changed by adding some custom css codes with media queries, please specify what desired result do you need to achieve and our support agents will help you in case if it doesn’t requires serious theme customization.

Please note that the Events Calendar PRO plugin should be purchased separately as this plugin is prohibited from third-party distribution.

If you get a 404 error when trying to import our demo content, this probably happens because of the maximum execution time limit. You need to increase the maximum execution time (upload time) setting of your web server. The default maximum execution time on web servers is 30 seconds. Please increase it to 120 seconds. Possible ways of achieving this are:
By Wp-config.php changes – set_time_limit(120);
In htaccess – php_value max_execution_time 120;
In php.ini file – max_execution_time = 120
Please ask your hosting provider to take care of this for you.

Hello guys, we bought your template but we have a little problem. In the last section on the home page, before the footer, exactly where the twitter feed shows up and a photo gallery. We found where to add the api key for the twitter feed but never found where to find the gallery next to it in order to change it.
