Please edit Cost Calculator element and you will notice a property called Currency – just change it to COP. Also if you want the currency symbol to show in front of the total, uncheck Currency After Total checkbox.

Hey there, After receiving an ‘update available’ notification we updated the theme today but despite what’s stated in the FAQ about updating the theme (>>’All settings in Customize panel and your content will be preserved.”) all customization were gone after the update…
We managed to back it up to the old version for now but isn’t it supposed to keep all customization safe as explained in the manual please ?

If you have done the customizations directly in the theme code, they will not be preserved since the update overwrites all the theme files and the files of the respective plugins. But all the settings in Customizer and all the content changes made through wp-admin will be preserved.
Please make sure that you haven’t had changes directly in the theme code.

All the settings in the Customizer should be preserved after the update including Additional CSS – in fact, Additional CSS field is not implemented by the theme – it is provided by the WordPress by default regardless of the theme and theme does not handle it in any way except for reading its content.

Since you have a backup, please send us site url, wp-admin credentials and ftp credentials to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can give it a try. If the update fails for some reason you can restore it from the backup and we can see what is going on and hopefully pinpoint the problem.

How to change the footer ” Follow us ” icons in Home Female ?
Here is how the footer generally works – there is a static page which you can edit like any other page and it is used as a footer throughout the site. Please go to Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer. You should be able to find a property called Footer Page Slug there.
The value of this property is a slug of the footer page. Please find a static page with this slug and the changes will be reflected on the footers everywhere. By default the slug is “footer” and the name of the page is “Footer”
Is there Mailchimp integration with this theme?

No, they should not interfere with the way the theme works.
You can also safely use MailChimp embedded form functionality and place their code into your page layout by using theme’s text element.
Keep in mind that the theme supports CF7 in terms of styling, so you can use CF7 in combination with its extensions: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/, https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-mailchimp/ or similar.

I noticed that the only music playing widget on the theme is Soundcloud. Can i use another widget or play music directly from the theme?
Yes, you can use any embed widget by placing its code on the page via text element (just as the soundcloud is). Also you can add text element and add media to it (Click Add Media) – music file from the media library or even to create a playlist.

Related to the logo, here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. This goes to logo setting on Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have logo related override set on the home page. Please remove all logo related entries from Override Global Settings on the pages with the issue.
