I've had problems several times because I've maybe installed some obsolete plugins, or some updates gone wrong, but every time they've shown maximum availability and friendliness in solving the problem, which I consider essential to have in a product. Nice Theme with some open questions they were solved very fast after contacted the support.
The Flip Gallery is a Highlight and the Slider Options are nice. It's not a Theme for Wordpress Dummies but useful if you can work with it and Photoshop ;-)

Plugin & Wordpress version conflicts between the RockOnCore Plugin & SliderRevolution.
I download the item and could not get it to upload on WordPress contacted support and got no reply after 3 days waiting looking for a refund this held up my website development the theme looks pretty on demo but you can never use it
not gut flexibility.....................
I don't normally write reviews, but I had on this one. I've already purchased, so be warned. This theme is slow. You can do somethings on desktop to speed it up but on mobile your screwed. I wrote support a few times and they have tried to help, but it hasn't helped. I fear I will have to rebuild the site. It seems like the them was rushed. The theme is nice, its just too bad they didnt build it for mobile speed - which is critical.
An exceptional theme and unbeatable technical support.

I bought this template and I found two bugs. I tried to write to the author and never got a reply. The theme has some lacks and need more improvements.
The theme is beautiful.
And the customer support is super!

Beautiful theme with a lot of cool features. Sadly feels poorly coded, many things are locked out. You can't really customize anything. Some sections, such as the events and the services, you can't even customize the text with basic things like paragraph breaks, bolding, or links. You also have no control over how large the images appear on the screen. The theme is set to stretch any image to the full width so it is very difficult to incorpate images onto your posts. Lastly the footer is terrible. The footer widget is just one place to drag and drop and it spaces things weirdly. There's no real control over how it displays. It's clunky. Overall beautiful theme but if I had known it would have been this troublesome for customizing I wouldn't have bought it.
Theme is not fully customizable but support makes it possible. U have to ask them for almost everything, but you get answers.
