There are several issues with this product. The ones that jumped out the most to me are that their espoused JPlayer no longer functions as it is dependent upon Flash and the "new" JPlayer that is spoken of in the comments leads to a broken page that has nothing on it.

The second issue is that all the support links that I have found, either send you to an install page for a Chrome Addon, or don't work.

And the last one that I will address is that this was clearly made for a different time, the proportions are off on things, the defaults make the page unviewable and requires quite a bit of tampering before you get to something even remotely viewable.

Now that being said, I do like the integration that is native to this theme. Overall the theme is clearly outdated and poorly maintained.

It's solid, a good start, but not very flexible and consumer friendly

This theme is pretty good and with a well done configuration you can obtain a beautiful website, but it's a little bit outdated and it would need some updates, for example to display better on modern larger hd monitors.
The worst part it's the quality of support, they don't do anything, every issue is "third part fault" (even when it's obviously not). Maybe I was unlucky on that, but due to my experience, support was too bad.
So let's say 4 stars for the theme, 1 star for the support.
