Hi, i love your theme but if i open it the demo homepage 4 in safari it runs very slow. If i open it with chrome i have not problem. I use macbook pro 16 2020 with i7. i would buy it but if it runs so slowly on safari it’s a big problem. Thank you. (i have delete the cache yet)

It’s loading within 1.2s so it’s pretty fast. It might be an issue on your Safari browser. Please also try to clear cache to see if it’s improving.

When I try to look for the single page templates to import they are not there in the Elementor “Add Template” and “Pages” tab as described here https://docs.themegoods.com/docs/framed/demos/import-single-demo-page/ The required plugins are active. I tried importing the whole demo which worked fine but it’s a lot to strip back (50 pages and media!) and we would rather just import one page. Any suggestions as to why they wouldn’t appear please? I can see all the normal Elementor pages to import that are not from your theme but not yours. Thanks in advance! Dan

Hello. My theme license is still linked to the trial webspace where i developed the website for my client. then when the website was ready i moved it on the actual domain. Now the old wbsite doesn’t exist anymore but i can’t upgrade the theme on the new one because it tells me that my license is still linked to the old website. i’m not using my license twice, i just moved it together with the website. can you please disconnect my license from the old one so that i can connect it to new one. Did you know? Your widgets don’t work as they supposed to with current Elementor Versions … For example the Music Player or Grid widgets: You cant set an Image / Poster. You can choose from your media library but it won’t show up in the widget settings or is saved / displayed in frontend then. I had to roll back to elementor version 3.10. (current one is 3.13) to make the widgets work again.

Thanks for your quick reply. Indeed your answer led me to my own error. By checking for 3rd Party plugins which might cause the problem I found out that I hadn’t updated the “Musico Theme Elements for Elementor” Plugin

Hey, I have some Pre-sale questions:
1 – Currently, I make my website in WordPress, but I want to change to HTML5 + PHP, etc. site, because for me it will help with my studies. Would you have an HTML5 version with Bootstrap 5 of this template or would you make a version of it?
2 – If an HTML version is not a possibility, my main question is how does album and artist management work? Is it done through a plugin or through pages created with Elementor?

We don’t have HTML version as this is a WordPress theme. You manage all contents using WordPress pages/posts and Elementor.
Basically everything you saw on demo site are included without required purchasing any additional pro version.
So there is no need to buy Elementor pro version to create all pages you saw on our demo sites. We are using basic version of Elementor across all demo pages too.

alas, since we bought the Music theme some in jan 2023 we encounrered multiple bugs that should not have been there (testing before selling).
The cangelog is not up-to-date or accurate because it does not provide the information about actual fixes they made so far. It should contain the bugfix for Tour Timeline and Glitch slideshow (buttons did not work, timeline messed up)

1) The slanted shape on some the footer and header as shown on the demo pages, can that slanted style be changed?
2) My log will be circular shape and a bit larger in width & height than your musico demo logo. Will the head automatically expand to adjust to the larger logo size? Or do I need to use CSS?
3) Was hoping to see other demo pages showing the differs header option style, such as centered logo, left vertical menu bar with logo up top, etc. but didn’t see any on your demo pages.
4) Average response time on support ticket?
5) I’ll need to install a more advanced Booking Form, I assume this theme is compatible with most of the booking form plugins on Envato?
