I was absolutely amazed by the Musico theme from ThemeGoods! The design and functionality are incredible. One thing I particularly love is the seamless integration with Elementor, which makes the whole website creation process even more enjoyable. However, when I initially set up my website using the theme, I encountered a small issue. The purchase code registered it to a dummy URL, so when I made my site live, I lost some of the functionality. To resolve this, I promptly reached out to ThemeGoods by submitting a ticket on themegoods.ticksy.com. Surprisingly, within just 17 hours, I received a response, which truly impressed me. I'm grateful for their promptness and how seriously they treated my concern. Peter from ThemeGoods handled the situation professionally and guided me on creating a portal to unregister the purchase code. This way, I can easily manage it myself if I decide to change domains or websites in the future. It's important to remember that support is not provided after it expires, but that's precisely why they offer the option to purchase additional support. I genuinely appreciate the team's dedication and professionalism. Keep up the excellent work! Looking forward to future Themes from you guys!

Great Theme and great support.
I needed some help more than once and I was fine with an effective and fast support service.

Used this theme to create my portfolio site and hands down, it's perfect.

It's lightweight - with W3 Cache you can get the page load into the milliseconds. And yet, it looks super slick, especially if you opt for a black background opposed to white (handy tip).

Customer support is also helpful too. Can't pick fault if I'm honest :)

The Theme looks good but it has bugs and the support will not help you. For the first problem with the footer the support fixed it since it was a common problem I guess. The second problem (audio coming from the same source sounds good on one page and terrible distorted on the other). They said that they will check it with a developer and come back to me. That was over 1.5 month ago. A few weeks ago I asked from my side about the status but did get no answer. This Theme has bugs and the support will only help you if it is a common problem. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

This template was very helpful and also technical support was awesome! I was able to finish my project with this more than successfully. If I ask this to web agency, it would cost thousands dollars :-) I definitely recommend this to anybody who is considering building website for musicians!!

Have problem at "tour timeline horizontal" theme page, i worote the page publisher but havent helped or fixed yet. The timeline is not working. I dont offer you to pay money this theme...

Didn't work at all. Should have asked for money back. It should be removed until the creator can fix the bugs.

Not impressed so far. Directions on support site for single page demos not working. The API token isn't working making it impossible to access templates. If the process of verifying a purchase makes it so you can't use the product, the authorization process flawed.

Great theme, really cool, and able to do some awesome designs with it. I'm leaving a low score because the customer support is abysmal. Back in October, I noticed a setting on the "posts" pages to show the header had disappeared. I commented and they promptly responded which was great, told me to send an email to contact them about it.

Soon after I got an email from their developer just sending me a screenshot of the button being visible on an actual "page", not a "post" which I specifically said "post" detail page in my initial message. No problem. I responded and replied that I know it shows up on "pages" but had disappeared for the "posts" with a screenshot. No response. I have sent two more follow-up emails and I fear they may be getting ignored because I haven't heard anything.

Anyways, great theme and awesome features, but beware if you have issues with it or it starts not functioning properly. This is the second time had an issue with the theme and reached out to customer support only to have a terrible experience with their developer.
