the developer doesnt seem to care enough to stand behind its product.I purchased this item a week ago and had some issues with it and contacted the developer and he has yet to reply back to provide me with support.Buyer beware on this item,unless you know what you are doing,dont count on the developer.

It works fine. But you installed wrong or so maybe. You need to ask for support. It shows that you are new in the step of installation or new to this media.

Not serious and professional, the theme has many limitations that are not described and is very heavy to load.

The theme's UI is great, but there are important bugs that need to be fix, that affect the performance and the SEO.

The bugs you have pointed are from your third-party plugins you are using and how can you blame that its an issue with the theme, and BTW we were giving support to your questions on our support forum even though your support license expired.
This Theme has all the options you want and need. What sends this theme over the top is the AWESOME TECH SUPPORT!
I love this theme, I have completely changed the way it looks though, it has helped me build an online streaming portal for multiple shoutcast and icecast streams.

I'm not new at all to using themes from ThemeForest but this one takes the cake on poor quality. I tried to install this following their terribly written documentation (that was copy & pasted from another Theme Designer) and after trying to piece together the installation, I finally gave up. Demo content wouldn't import even after it says it did. Installing the demo content via the generic Wordpress importer yielded better results but still didn't make the website turnkey.
Contacted support via their support forums 3 days ago and still haven't received a reply.

Where did you contact? I don't see any topics in support forum with your name. I don't even see your registration on the support forum. Did you try contacting via Skype? I don't think so as we give support over Skype too. yes, the documentation might be old as you know the time by the time the theme got amended with lots of additional features where documentation wasn't updated.
