i have some issue with player nd download button theres no support

Any of the negative reviews come from people only willing to download the demo content and call it quits. Do a little research, implement a few lines of css and php, and viola! This theme is amazing.

This theme is absolutely horrible! If you want to have the play button work, you have to alter the code inside the theme, which defeats the purpose of a theme!

If you want multiple people to upload to your site which is advertised as possible, be prepared for the mess of your life, a user must create 4 different accounts on the site and update each of them individually.

This is probably the worst theme I have had the displeasure of using.

I have not activated the theme to update, please support me

Can customize, not to say easily but it can be done with pro WP webmaster help.

I posted 2 support requests, first one was 12 days back and till now there is no response. Another one I posted last hour.., if you can support your products/customer appropriately and in timely fashion. I request for full refund for both the themes (admin and site themes)

This is a great theme. Very flexible and customisable. I guess the best music WordPress theme you can find out there. But there is one issue. They don't update or add new features to the theme. It's sad, there was no upgrade since I purchased this theme.

very bad support. I have asked questions several times and for more than a month, no reply even when i am still within my 3 months support period.

very very very very poor support. so sad
