Customer service is as good as it gets. I've bought a few themes here and never was treated so well. Love the fonts and the layout, but when I started to edit, read about installing NPM, Gulp, Saas and so on. All Greek to me. Wrote Omar and asked for help.
Within minutes he explained those are tools for those who use them, but I didn't have to learn them. I could drive the car and leave the tools in the trunk. So now working with program itself and there is a lot of documentation. So I feel okay about the purchase so far.
Such a complete theme. Impressed with the quality of design, the html and documentation. Also customer support seems top notch. Would recommend!
