Watch now doesn't work! How can you guys mess on in this one? This is the purpose of theme- watch sermons online. Is this a scam?

The Theme was a perfect match for what our church is using it for. The plugins, web pages, and short codes you see during the Live Preview are real and easy to use. Also amazing customer support within the first few days of downloading this theme, get the 12 month support, worth it.

Poor support, some theme functions do not work, they do not prioritize fixing and leave customers hanging with broken websites

The latest ticket #66383 was received yesterday about the lightbox issue, and was answered by our support agent Kate, please check your inbox and Spam folder. As we can see, this issue was caused by the child theme activated on your site. You can check this by deactivating it - My Religion theme functions correctly. Please note that child theme functioning and theme customization are beyond our support policy. We also hope that you will edit your rating after checking the theme, as it is misleading for other users - the theme functions properly and doesn't raise any issues. This theme is great. Typical (in the best way) for this style of WordPress template but sufficient in every way.
As more of a drag-and-dropper, I found the 1 time fee to receive the paid support vital but the template really was simpler to set up than anticipated.
Response from the developers was clear, concise & correct every time. Their response was also quick.
Check out cmmasters other templates. You're not likely to be disappointed. (thumbs up)
