I can’t activate the theme I bought and you make me spend more money because the service won’t work? do you consider this normal? I bought the license lifetime or just how much is the technical support? where is the justice
How much time is need to wait? Repeat, i need to activate the theme, not customize or another technical help. Activating is your problem, not my, i buy and i want to use my acquisition! Thanks

The theme costs $ 59, to activate it I have to open the ticket, I can’t open it it’s been more than 6 months since I bought it (but not used !!!), now I have to pay another $ 41 to can I register in the ticket system to be able to activate the theme, in conclusion it costs me $ 100 a theme? Doesn’t that requirement seem a bit distorted? I repeat, I just want to activate it, not do anything else, I think you are not correct at all

Hi There, I just updated the theme and now have come across an error! The menu is not working properly. When you click on MENU you get a blank page, then once you click the X on the top right corner, you get to see the menu. If you click any word it goes to the blank page.
I don’t have support, and can’t afford it so therefore can not open up a ticket. Not sure why this happened when I just updated your theme.
Can you please help??

Hey There, the plug in Advanced Custom Fields PRO is now outdated. Do I just need to delete it, refresh my dashboard and re-install the updated version for free like other themes I’ve purchased. Does this plug-in come with free updates as long as you support this theme? Thanks

Hi there, my support has ended and can not submit a ticket. As mentioned, other themes I have with the plug in Advanced Custom Fields PRO tells you to delete it, refresh and it asks you to install the plug in again. This works for me each time. I tried doing that to your theme and now it says ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ Please help!

Hi there, first, nice theme! I noticed going through it, it seemed a bit on the slow side compared to other themes I’ve been looking at. Had someone else look at it as well to make sure it’s not on my end, and they said the same. What do you think could be causing this?

The issue can be caused because the demo site is hosted on the Europe server and viewing it from non-Europe country can be a little slow.
