Great experience and beautiful themes, Thank you

Support guys are helping me a lot, and the theme is working fine.

Initially very disappointed with this theme as they supplied "sample" pics are just grey squares and these do not load up to the positions they are meant to be well. Therefore the site looks collapsed and not anything like the sample site when first installed. This is a shock to "not so great with computers" people like me.

THAT BEING SAID, after you figure out how this theme works and they way it helps you to display room rates, features etc etc it is really good! Especially for a small backpackers, lodge type hotel the same as i own and run. (check : rusutsulodges.com)

The theme is NOT initially easy to understand and use, if you are not a computer person (like myself) you will initially be a little frustrated with this theme. However, Stick With It! Go through the instructions step by step. They are fairly lengthy and quite well put together.

Download the plugins etc etc. Go through each step carefully. This theme has a lot of great features once you see and understand how it works. And once you get it all working. Email for help.

The customer service has been EXCELLENT. Responsive and helpful. I am on the opposite side of the world and yet the response time has still been very fast.

It has built in booking inquiry, map, weather etc, all of which take a little time and effort to get up and running. But well worth it. When you throw in the all but excellent customer service i give this a 5 star rating.

Very much recommend this theme to potential customers and as I have 2 backpackers lodges I myself will probably purchase a second site license.

This theme is well designed and support is great but not ideal for beginners since the options are not very flexible. It certainly deserves the 4*!

its not good for the begginers. nothing can do for visual composer. and support is not good also.

Good design, yet I found it hard to customize.

Customizability:
The theme settings are full with links to tutorials on how to do thinks... build in features are very few
Bugs:
A lot of things have to be mdified, like some bugs in the menu with submenu childrens and fonts.
